Hello~! I want to get all the kinks out of this idea before I begin it. Here's the summary:

In the final battle between Sailor Moon and Sailor Chaos, Sailor Moon sacrifices herself to save the universe. With her gone, it should also mean the end of the Sailor Scouts, right? Wrong. A new Sailor Moon has been reborn as well as the nine Sailor Scouts, including a Sailor Earth. But with the return of the light also means the return of the darkness...

And yeah, something along those lines. Anyways, I need two things:

1) Non-Scout profiles (love interests, best friends, classmates, etc.)

3) Some people who are willing to be villians in the thread. Those who are willing, please PM me so we could brainstorm an evil boss and his/her minions.

That's basically it. It's a lot because I want this to be a very good RP. Oh, and you just need to be semi-literate. Anyways, if you're confused about the 'school' part, let me first explain the setting of the RP as to where our characters will hang out, go to school, and where most of the monsters will be attacking:

The City of Tsuchiumi is named for bordering both the Tsuchimara Mt. Range in the north and the Umikawao Coast in the south. The "Tsuchi" district is uptwon and is old-fashioned and traditional. The "Umi" district is downtown and much more laid-back and technologically advanced than uptown.

Tsuchimara Private School: A very elite school that lets a person in based on either their grades or their wealth/family status. It starts at elementary school and goes all the way to high schoo. Most students who graduate end up becoming successful in the field their in, whether in academics or athletics. Ebony Cafe: A small cafe with a mysterious air around it. It serves mainly coffee and various pastries accompanied by dark, yet surprisingly calming music. The cafe holds a monthly poetry contest and accepts live performances from local bands. Right now, it is in need of a waitress. Located uptown. Game Over Arcade: This six-story building is one of the most popular hang outs in Tsuchiumi. The first four floors hold a wide variety of video games, both arcade and console games. Royal Port: Used to be called Umikawo port until it was taken over by the Royal Co. It harbors many ships and is sometimes a pit stop for cruise liners. Royal Land Amusement Park: Located at the edge of the Royal Port. Royal Land is open almost seven days a week. It has many attractions, but the ride that takes the cake is the Deadly Dragon, the fastest rollercoaster in the park. Royal Port Mall: Only a few blocks away from the Royal Port, the Royal Port Mall opened just after the Royal Co. took over, putting several shops out of business. A Few Notes About the City: The older generation of Tsuchiumi has a much more strained relationship between uptown citizens and downtown folk. Uptown has always been seen as the nicer, richer part of the city while downtown was the poorer part of town. This got worse when the Royal Co. took over the port and downtowners blamed uptown for the take-over. Young adults and teens of both districts pretty much don't care about the social differences and are more united as a city.

Her parents began to see her as a disappointment, especially when their daughter saw fun more important than grades. She doesn’t see her parents often, so the strained relationship between daughter and parents is pretty bad.

Can you believe that?) and brought it home with her, it's been her companion ever since. Little did she know that this little kitty was special, not just because of its appearance. She works at the Ebony cafe as a waitress, and is well known as the 'cool beauty of the cafe'.

Deep down, he is an incredibly kind person with a strong sense of right and wrong.
