Seriously... I feel... SO GOOD this morning.
I woke up this morning and not only did dough post, but she planted a pleasant little surprise in her post. THIS was a little concerto I learned in 8th grade(I was playing viola... I wasn't the soloist xD ) and then performed in a talent show and I was thinking about this piece the other day and I was upset because I wanted to hear it and I couldn't remember the name of it. I love you guys soooo much you have no idea. xD |

I started playing the violin when I was six.... It was so hard at first that I wanted to give it up, but my parents guilt tripped me into playing. What I didn't know back then was that my mother can cry on demand and my father would always be like: Your mother wants you to do this or your mother wants you to do that. Look you made her cry! You don't want to make her cry do you? *Shakes head no* Then practice! *Nearly shits herself because scary father yelled* Yeah. My parents were jerks until I moved out and began college.

That sucks! I wanted to play violin since I was like 4 after I saw This exact song(Yeah.... don't judge... Yanni is the proverbial sh*t okay? xD ) all I wanted to do is be the girl in the red dress who played violin soooooo bad.... and I pestered my mom over it for like 3 years EVERY DAY until she finally was like >.< FINE ALREADY! and then went to the lady who taught it(we had an AWESOME school program) and I seriously would play all the time.... Happy? I started playing... Sad? I started playing... It's sad that I never got private lessons... I probably would have been able to play something worth listening to after all this time... |
I had too many private lessons for my taste. My mother is a lawyer and my father is a surgeon. AND I'm the only child. So I was spoiled when I wasn't being forced to do something I didn't want to do. And as for Yanni.... He seriously looks like my uncle....XD

He looks like a creeper when he cuts his hair and shaves his moustache off.... Somewhere along the line he apparently went techno too.... O.o It's a shame that most of the people I know trash such a good composer really... in like 200 years I bet people are going to be trying to play his music.... and they won't be able to recreate it unless they have the best musicians in the world like he does. Like this guy... T_T I wish I had private lessons. My dad didn't give two flying squirrels that I liked to play. I don't remember him going to a single one of my performances. When I needed a full size Viola... he went and bought me one for $200..... I hated that viola. I hated it SO much. You have no idea. I played my old one that was too small instead and my teacher yelled at me over it all the time. When you don't get to hand pick out your own instrument it's just..... eh... A violin/viola isn't something you buy as a surprise gift IMO... |

I really think this girl is much better and cuter.... even though she's a year older. Don't get me wrong... I just think that little 4 year boy is a bit overrated with the whole violin thing... his paintings are really good though! |
LOL I just saw a little girl violinist who is two years old! She was actually decent for someone so young. But When I clicked on another link there was an error and when I went back to where I was there was an error....>_< Don't you just love computers and the interwebs sometimes....XD

Meh... It's Perlman... He was the greatest violinist alive at some point. No Joke... now he's just really old and probably has arthritis. The first comment on that video is priceless. |
