It is always tough waiting on people to join. I know I keep sitting here, watching the threads update. Of course, during the week I won't be able to do that. I mean I have work and all. (So if I don't post first thing when everything goes active, that is why. I just need to get home from work.)

I hope we get more people- or at least an even-ish number to start with. I would hate to start without all the regulars in place.

I put more time on the character. I get an image in my head. Then, I throw together a horrible personality description.

Le sigh~

When I make a character, I usually only have a skeleton of an idea for the profile. Then as the game goes on, I flush out the personality and background with details and specifics. This way you can blend into the setting a bit easier. I find I never want to get too boxed into a strict character because interaction with other players always messes it up and I wind up having to change anyway.

I use the rp skeleton to lay down sort of like a 'personality foundation' and then build on it through the roleplay. :3

I always come up with a horrendous personality description. I build on it later and perfect it as I go along.

Sounds like a plan. XD

Yeah, she likes to switch things for seasons and holidays so she brought me a bunch of fake maple leaves and gourds. And not enough of them anyway so I have to invent ways to make them seem full and prettiful. I'm painting some do it yourself Christmas ball thingers for Halloween though. They're just the right size for an eyeball. It's gonna be sweeet.
