that's sad. I'm with family, but this is the most un-family oriented holiday I've had in years. mostly it was me and my brothers.

I drew Kitara most way, but I have to copy it out of my math notebook, so I don't have to show my math notes too. I'm just so busy/lazy....

WOW! Kat, that's the same thing that happened to my family! Usually it's a big to do with the holidays, but this year was just make the food, eat it and go our seperate ways. What's going on? It's like the spririt of togetherness no longer exists.

which is a very sad and scary idea. I think part of the reason my holiday was so messed up is that not all of us could make it and we're in a differernt place. A few of my cousins were playing cards with us, but it just a one day thing really and everyone is leaving tomorrow so i feel we don't have a chance to hang out at all!!!

I'm used to big family Thanksgivings, too, but the truth is, as time goes by, people seem to spread out. Thanksgiving at my parents house consisted of my parents, my brother, two cousins and an aunt. My aunt is from out of state, and is staying the weekend as a houseguest, with her adorable Belgian Tervuren pup who is busy driving our dogs up the wall.

So it was a family-oriented holiday, but definitely not a big one.

The break really is going by quickly. I can't believe it's Friday already. Everyone's going home on Sunday morning. But tonight and tomorrow should be fun. And today has just been quiet, especially when the dogs are napping.

But winter and its holidays will be here before we know it!

its quite here too, but its because the small children are sleeping and some people went back down to the lake. I'm sitting in a room with my grandpa watching the news.

My cousins and brother are both elsewhere. My mom and my aunt are hanging out. I'm just chilling alone right now. Which is okay. I should probably go be social soon, though. Hrm. (Not that I won't be social this evening, and tomorrow at the hockey game, and... yeah.)

Also, I am missing the cats, who have been hiding in the basement since Wednesday night.

I haven't gotten to go home yet, so I can't wait to see my cats and sleep in a bed. I'm sick of sleeping on the floor outside the kitchen where everyone comes in at eight in the morning.

Yuck. That doesn't sound like much of a place to sleep. Or much of a way to wake up, for that matter! oO I've been mostly waking up to the sound of dogs playing and/or squabbling. Hard to tell sometimes.

yay!! I'm finally home to my closed door and my soft bed!!! I missed home so much!! But I have to wake up in the morning anyways so I can go to the bank before I go to the movies with my best friend.

yay for warm soft beds! And home. Gosh your busy kitty. It's a wonder you have time to get on here. hehe *hugs* but we're glad you do.
