Personality:
Shy and caring, she looks the opposite of what she is. Most kids think and call her an outcast, a reject, just because her and her friend dress differently, but if you went and talked to her, you would understand that she is a very sweet girl, that only wishes to please other. Which that can get her into trouble of all sorts.

Bio:
Sky has lived a normal life, her parents treated her alright, but her brother picked at her every moment of the day. Well isn't that what all brothers do. So her life was alright, up until her mother was killed, not in a car crash, not in any kind of crash, but she was killed in an ally mugging. Sky's father soon became an alcoholic and her brother soon took care of her. Taking her to a toy store call A Toy For Love, she soon picked out a stuffed animal that she liked. Telling him everything about her day and night. How her father could sometimes get really angry for no reason when he is drunk and attack her, both hitting and some sexual. She never told anyone, but her stufed toy. She loved it for her life and still will love it till the end of time.
At school she became good friends with a group of kids that most people were afraid off, her wardrobe and her hair styles changed, but she sweet persona never left. She loved to make people happy, but sometimes she would get into trouble for some of the things she would do. Still every night before she goes to bed, she would tell her toy all about what happened.

Personality:
I can be pretty relaxed, and quite nice. I am caring, and not to mention honest. I can be a bit silly and playful at times, and also hyper. I am really easy to talk to, and my friends and even sometimes stranger come to me because I listen, even if I'm not able to solve their problems. But in a way can I connect with them even if it's not a real connection; they still understand. I love to laugh, and I'm abit of a jokester myself.

I am pretty much a quite person, so quite I can scare people without even meaning to. I am really shy infront of large groups of people, and especially guys, the cute ones even more so. Even with being nice, kind and sweet I can have a temper. Although I try not to, sometimes it just shows up. My face often betrays my emotions when I'm not aware. Sometimes I deny it when people ask about it, or I lie so they'll leave me alone.

Bio:
Haruzuki lives in a family of four, shes your basic rich girl. Without out the snobby I think I'm better and prettier then you attitude. She's not as selfish as others think she is and she may come offf as spoiled even though she technically is.. she doesn't act like it. But despite this more than half her friends, aren't really her friends. They're just they're partly to mooch off of her and make her miserable. Even with real friends and fake friends she is lonely. Her brother, seeing this, decided to give her a chance in making a best friend who will make feel less alone. She agreed to it, and he took her toa store called 'A Toy For Love'. There were so many plushies she couldn't decide. She almost bought the whole store if her friend who tagged along didn't talk her out of it.

One though, caught her eye and wouldn't let go. Thats the day she went home with a best friend and more...

Personality:
Abby is pretty shy when she first meets someone. She loves photography and usually always has her camera on her. Very easy person to get along with and is purely innocent at heart. Caring, Playful and can act silly once she gets comfortable with a person. Around boys she acts the same around everyone else, only a few times ha she felt extra shy around boys, yet these were ones she had crushes on. However it never worked out, she's never had a relationship before.

Bio:
Abigail lives alone with her brother older Adam and her mother Robyn, her father died when she was twelve. They arent rich, yet they arent poor, theyre what people call middle class. She has a small group of close friends she regularly hangs out with, yet she has many aquaintences around school. Her mother has never been the same since her fathers death, almost like an empty shell. Adam and Abby take care of one another, both physically and emotionally. Yet soon, Adam was to go off to college, and Abby was quite scared to be alone in her house, her mother never really made much of a presence. Adam told her he'd take her to a new store to get a new plush as a parting gift. Thought Abby was sure it would never fill the void of not having him around she agreed and her brother and her drove to the store. Walking up to the store the sign to it was large saying "A Toy For Love."

Personality:
Well I’ve been told I’m feisty. That’s just because I speak my mind. I wouldn’t say I’m rude or have an attitude-haha, I rhymed-, but I don’t take crap. I’m intelligent, and I know I am. So if you fail to show me the common courtesy I show to you, yes, I can be “feisty.” I’m not a physical fighter, but I’m great with words. Some people like to use a lot of “showy” words that give people the impression that they’re well read, but they all seem to come off as “fake.” I prefer to explain myself well with everyday language. I figure, what’s the point of using a bunch of fancy words if no one can understand you. On a lighter note, I’m really a fun girl. I love to laugh, I love to learn, and I love the world. So I guess I’m, just your average girl.

Bio:
I grew up with my parents and my older siblings in a two story house on a block where there were a lot of kids, and everyone knows everyone’s name. There was always someone around to play with, and plenty of different places, to play. It was a close knit community, and I loved it. I guess you could call me a little spoiled, because I was the youngest of three children, it doesn’t hurt being a girl either.
I didn’t play with dolls much, I was more of a bookish type girl…but I didn’t mind them. My parents would buy me a doll every now and then, but I quickly lost interest in them. That is until a family reunion brought me to a toy shop in LA. It had a odd name -but maybe that was because we were in LA- and I remember it to this day. It was called "A Toy For Love."
What's a trip without seeing the sites right? And of course you've got to spend some money. My brother and sister were too happy to be at the mall, and of course one can't read too well as they're walking, so they brought me into that store hoping to get me a friend to play with. I wasn't at all pleased with the idea...until I laid my eyes on the little plush. I had to have him...and I still have him to this day.

Personality:
I tend to smile and seem quite cheerful most of the time. However, it’s often a front I put up to hide how I really feel, I’m pretty good at hiding my emotions. See, I used to suffer from severe depression back when I was twelve. It got so bad that I was referred to a psychologist. It helped a lot, but, I tend to get sad really easily and even if someone’s joke/teasing me, I can’t help but get upset from it at times. I have a few close friends, but I don’t enjoy making new ones, I’m comfortable in my own circle.

Believe me though, I’m usually in a very good mood. I’m not afraid to stand up for myself or for what I believe, and despite my appearance, I’m much more of a book worm than a party goer. Around guys I get shy, unless I’ve known them for ages, then it’s like we’re brother and sister!

Bio:
I grew up with both my parents and a younger brother. My parents are pretty young, mum got pregnant when she was sixteen and married dad at eighteen. Cause of this, we used to get a lot of funny looks when they took me to school, but it’s stopped now. I got on well with my family, we were all real close. However, a little bomb decided to go off in the middle of us. When I was twelve I started to suffer from depression. It was only small at first, but it grew so bad my parents once caught me trying to jump from the banister at the top of our stair case. I went to a psychologist and slowly he began to help cure me. It took me three years till I was completely over the depression, but everyone was still a little cautious around me, I still get sad easily. Luckily I have a few close friends who’ve been supporting me since, even if I’m a little less out going then them.

It was when I was diagnosed with depression that my parents took me to ‘A Toy For Love’. I went crazy in there, going up to every toy, wanting to buy them all. However, there was one that really stood out for me and it was the one I chose. I took it everywhere with me, and I still care for it a lot, there’s even a special place where it sits in my room!

Appearance
Ophelia was first a fictional character in the Shakespearean play "Hamlet". Said to be a mad and beautiful noblewoman of Denmark, the only characteristic that the two Ophelia's don't share is the rank of Nobility. Ophelia Vanderleigh is a beautiful British goth of sixteen years old, with a 5'4 hourglass figure. She has beautiful golden blonde curls that (have light pink highlights in them right now) that fall down to just beneath her breasts. Her eyes are a peacock green, with naturally long lashes and slim eye brows. Ophelia likes to wear Victorian inspired clothing, mostly Victoriandustrial, but if she cannot get away with it, her look is almost preppy.

Personality:
Ophelia has changed much in the past year. Once very vibrant and loud, she has been reduced to a meek, quiet, crazy, suicidal girl. She doesn't talk very much, quite shy. Doesn't like being touched by people she doesn't know, hates being lied to or betrayed. Ophelia has some Obsessive Compulsive behaviors, like doing something twenty times over to make sure its perfect. She will also repeat certain words or phrases. But her OCD comes out when she's off her medication. When on the meds, Ophelia likes to bake pastries, listen to music (mostly Emilie Autumn, Nightwish and Lady GaGa), sew more pieces for her Victoriandustrial wardrobe, write stories, and sing.

Bio:
She was the perfect little girl from the time she came out her mum's womb, Mr. & Mrs. Vanderleigh named the blonde haired beauty Ophelia (after the character from the play they saw on their first date). As she grew up, Ophelia thought it was perfectly normal to stay up late, watching her mum perform from the backstage balconies of the British theaters. Her home was a realm of sweaty ballerinas, dripping make-up and far too much glitter. But she was soon pulled out of that world six years ago when Mrs. Vanderleigh passed away mysteriously. That was hard for Ophelia to get over, very hard. And then Ophelia started to get babysat from one of the older boys in the neighborhood. He was beautiful. Beautiful, but sick (even more so than our mad girl). The things that happened behind the bedroom room are unspeakable, but it was obvious that the not-so-little girl at this point lost her innocence in a course of a few months. It's been a year since the abuse stopped, but the scars on Ophelia's wrists still haven't faded away. She just recently moved away from London to Los Angeles with her father to get away from the bad memories that the foggy streets hold.

Cold and dark, he doesn't want to be thrown out again, he just wants someone to love him for what he truly is.

Bio:
His original owner treated him like he was nothing, ripping him in his arms and just being cruel. Soon they left so they donated him to A Toy for Love. He wants a second chance, but he is cold and hard to the new person who bought him. He just doesn't want to be neglected anymore. Yes his is all stiched up now but his scars may never heal

Personality:
Ethan is fairly Independent, but when he wants he can and will be dependent on others. He can be pretty silent half the time, which makes him sneaky. It's not like he means to walk up behind someone (or does he?) and they turn around and get scared because he just poofed out of nowhere when they were sure he was no where near them. Unlike most, or probably half of everyone he walks quite well under pressure. Ethan can be quite a perservant (persistent) little guy, as well as patient. He also has quite a retentive memory, where he can retain information and knowledge quite easily. In conclusion, he can be a pretty nice guy to hang around with when you get to know him.

Bio:
He has been in the hands of two, the first a forgetful one; being forgotten hurts. Second, went well till she out grew plushies (Shame on her). He is a bit worried about who will choose him, he heard some things. And he just doesn't want to be hurt and lonely like the others. He knows what it is like and wishes he never will feel that way even though he never has, plus he doesn't want to die being an evil guy just because someone didn't want him.

When the bell of the shop ringed signaling more customers, he got excited. Maybe he would go home today?

Personality:
Ruki is pretty laidback and reserved. His outer appearance as a human is one that most parents would probably turn away at the door. On the inside though, he has a kind-hearted nature, even if his intentions are sometimes misunderstood. He can come off as distant, even cold. Really? That's just outward. If you get to know him you notice his little quirks here and there that show his real nature. He tends to either be really stubborn, or really submissive, depending on his mood.

Bio:
When he was created his odd coloring made many of his potential owners instantly walk away. This of course annoyed him and made him yearn for someone to bring him home, to love. One day, a little girl picked him up and brought him home. She played with him often enough but soon grew bored of him. She wanted newer toys, electronics, anything but the oddly colored panda she had once nurtured like a child. That was how Ruki found himself packed up and shipped away. When he was able to see the light once again he found himself within a store named 'A Toy for Love'. Maybe he would be given a second chance after all...?

Personality:
Very quiet, and rarely talks much. He has a mysterious aura around him that sometimes unnerves people. He seems like a shy person, but that's not the case. He thinks that there is no need to express emotion to strangers. This leads to him being cold and cruel to others. He always have a mental mask on that hides everything from other people. Loneliness and solitude are the only roads that he walks on. For now, at least.

Bio:
From the very first time he was created to now, the present, Lung had always stayed at the same spot on the same shelf in the 'A Toy for Love' store. He had purposely hidden himself from customers, because he despised each and every one of them. Most of them were just selfish and greedy girls. He knew that if he was bought and was taken home, in a few months time, he would've been long forgotten. Keeping this in mind, he hid himself in the darkest corners of his shelf, and Lung seemed to disappear from the world. Until one day, a special girl had finally found him and woke him from his long slumber...

Personality:
Matt is more knowledgeable about the world and people. Years of listening to his owner's complaints and curses; he nursed fear, hate and a sense of humor in him. Sometimes he can by cynical and at others, a light hearted joker.

Bio:
Matt's past owner was a teenage girl who loved to dress him up in Gothic clothes. She confided in him all her dark thoughts and ideas, which polluted his mind and as he grew to think, he grew more cynical and wry. Sometimes she would stick pins in him and call him names of different people. In the end, his owner left for college and his owner's mom decided to sell the "trash" doll in a garage sale or throw it in the trash where it belonged.
Matt has a sense of humor that can be light and strives hard to be positive but is growing evil.

Personality:
Since he was treated so poorly over and over again He is slowly losing faith in the females that take him. He starts out a bit closed off, but if you love him he will give you all the love he has. He likes to listen, information teaches him how to act around his owner when he changes.

Bio:
Due to his skeletal bat alter image many goth and emo girls have picked him and brought him home. Where he often had alcohol spilt on him, and the girls' friends would put out their ciggarettes on his wings. He's had 8 owners so far, each as bad as the last and the owner of the store always skitched him up if there was any ripps of tears. Nothing was done about the ciggaret burns, since the only option was patching. In his human form he had 3 ciggarette burn scars on his back, since the scal is different as a small bat, the scars are just big circles about 3 inches in diameter. Yet usually once he finally trusts them, if her ever does, he shows them his human form, the next day they return him saying that the bat was possesed and run from the store. Since he's had no luck his heart is starting to die, he feels unwanted an alone.
