I don't know. I would probably go with the lightest blue. Her hair seems to look a lot lighter sometimes then it does in that particular picture. Now to get this odd hair color off of Hiei before my brain explodes from the weirdness.

The problem is there isn't a plain, light blue. It's either light blue-gray or blue-green. It upsets my OCD. v.v

lol, well if I can deal with Hiei not having his white splash, you ought to be able to cope with the slightly off color of the blue. lol. Just tell your OCD that you got it as close as you could and it needs to shut up and let you enjoy your very nice cosplay avi in peace. ^_^

I love Inuyasha though I haven't seen much past the first season and a half or thereabouts.

Haha, then your view of Kikyou isn't going to be very great. I happen to adore her and by the end, she was a really good person. And I mean when she finally dies for good in the Final Act.
