Heh, I almost feel bad for the guy...Almost, if he hadn't invented exams XD Well you're either in Private or State Schools. State schools are run by the Government I think while Private are run by the money they get from students attending, so they're more expensive but generally have better teaching. I go to private only cause both my parents work at the school so we get a load of money off XD Then there's like nursery, reception, year one and year two for the little kids. Then Primary school, Secondary School etc. When you're six you're in Year 1, seven Year 2 etc. It goes up to Year 13 when you're 17/18. For Private I think it depends how many people are in the school. We have a pre-prep for toddlers to 7 year olds. Prep school for 8 -13 year olds and senior school for 13 to 18 year olds. I'm in Year 11, 15/16 year olds. Wow long explanation XD |

Lol. Doesn't seem too different then what we have in the States. We just have different terms/lingo. Daycare/Pre-School for the toddlers and up to the age of 4-5 (depending on the birthday). Then Elementary school, from Kindergarten all the way up to Grade 5 or 6 (depending where you are at). Then you got Middle School/Junior High for grade (6) 7 and 8, and finally High school, all the way up to grade 12. Well, at least that's the way I grew up. What you call "State School" is "Public School" to us... Private is well... Private. xDD |
