Welcome to the OOC for the Birthday Massacre. This thread is for asking me (Wav) questions about the RP, mixing and mingling with other interested BM RPers, and whatever else you'd like to discuss.

I have a couple of questions.

My main one is this: Can people from any of the groups be 'converted' over to another side at all? Like can a Crusader switch over to the Rebellion side or the Salvation Fighters switch over to one of the other sides at some point, or is it set to whatever side they're on they're stuck on?

Another question I have is: Can someone on one side at some point hold affection for someone on another side (as unlikely this may seem, but you never know. Well you would, but that's beside the point. :sweat:)

And my final question for now is: What are the types of roles essentially available for each side. Like are you aiming for things like cop, or nurse, or mayor or things like that, or are you wanting more along the lines of 'Minion of ...'/'Leader of...' sorts of things?

Now here are the answers....

1. People can be converted. But, depending on the group, their life could be in serious danger. So if someone wishes to convert, they should do their best to make it "hidden."
2. Anyone can fall for anyone. Love is strange like that and it doesn't matter who the person is. So yes, you can love anyone from any side.
3. Individuals can hold any roles possible. There will be nurse-like figures, war leaders, school children, etc. If interested in being one of the group leaders, then PM me and we can figure it out. If there is a certain role you'd like someone to have, you can ask me that too.

Thank you, that helped out a lot. :D I thought of two more questions as I was going along.

With voices, I know they're mostly just for the sound of it, let's say the voice you find you like but it's in another language. Would that be allowed or would you rather the person's who's voice your using be speaking/singing English? (Obviously though the character won't actually be speaking in that language. :sweat:)

And that also brings up my question of theme songs. Are they only allowed to either be in English or instrumental, or is a song in a different language allowed?

1. Ha ha. Songs can be in another language. So long as it gives a gist as to what someone sounds like, it doesn't matter if it's Japanese, English, or Piglatin. XD
2. Theme songs can be whatever. Sung. Spoken. Music. They can be either gender too. Rroy's is a female voice, but the words fit him:

Understandable, and it looks well put together, so I think you're doing a good job on it. :D Oh and I just thought of another question.

The Rebellion characters are starting where Rroy is and just waking up, but what about the other two sides? Where do the Dark Crusaders and the Salvation Fighters start? Are they to be near the area Rroy and the potential Rebellion Alliance members are currently or is there a particular area or 'base' that they start at?

Oh, so the answers...

The Dark Crusaders are looking for Rroy and his group. So they are nearby. Hunting and stalking Rroy.
The Salvation Fighters are marching into town.
The Rebellion Alliance are in their "hidden base" with Rroy.

I'll be working on a map later tonight/tomorrow. :P

Lol I can understand that, many of times I feel the same about the roleplays I make. Mine are usually all in one post since I'm afraid at some point one of the mods or admins will see it and give me an infraction for double posting or something. I don't think they would, but I'm just paranoid like that. :sweat: I think yours is very good, although since I have to get ready for work here soon I probably won't get everything done for it, my profile and intro, until a bit later. :sweat: Thank you though that helps a lot. :D

Oh yes, I know the feeling! I'm always so worried, but I haven't been scolded yet. If I do, I'll apologize and do it all in one post. Well there's been a lot of people who have done it, so maybe it really is alright. Well as you said if a scolding comes then you just apologize and put it all in one post. Maybe for the next roleplay I do I'll try dividing the information into a couple of posts, just so it doesn't look quite as bunched up and a little nicer. And with my roleplays I'm always looking for more RPers. Most of them though seem to be on pause, although I do have one I submitted recently that could always use more people. It's a supernatural asylum roleplay, where the inmates are trying to escape, and the ones trying to escape discover this being, who has no memories of the past, in the basement of the asylum and are taking the being with them and helping him to rediscover the memories that were lost. That's the basic gist of it, although it's a little bit more developed on the actual thread. I will admit that I may have gone a little bit crazy with the setting, since it's rather lengthy. :sweat: I'll put the link here though in case you might be interested in looking at it. :D

Lol and thank you. Of course it would be alright for you to RP in one of my RPs. I'm always open and excited to roleplay with new people, and you seem like a kind and well thought out person so I think it would be fun. :D

Ah I just thought of another question. With the Crusaders and Rebellion I know that the Crusaders aren't allowed to have white upon their uniforms and the Rebellion Alliance members aren't to have black on them, but what about physical features like hair, eyes or even skin color? Would a Crusader be permitted light colored hair or eyes and Rebellion members allowed dark colored hair and eyes or should they follow the same rule as the uniforms, where Crusaders are only permitted dark colored features and Rebellion members light colored features?

Ha ha. The color of the body - hair, eyes, skin, etc - doesn't matter. Just the clothing. And, as you can see, Rroy is in all black and Niya is in all white. They are opposite what they want their members to dress like, but they are special like that. XD

As far as your RP, I will have to look into it! The title sounds good. So, if I have a character that matches it, I'll be sure to shoot it your way. :D

Lol ok, I just wanted to make sure just in case I needed to alter a few things. :D And I did notice that, but I do find it rather interesting that the leaders dress the opposite of their members. :D

By the way I just wanted to know, is everyone's character bios going to be posted up, or just the leaders? I'm thinking of maybe creating a second character that's on either the Salvation's side or the Rebellion's side, though I'm not sure which yet, but it'll probably be on whichever one has the least people so that it can be equaled out a bit. :D

And thank you, I think I had trouble in coming up with the title the most so I'm glad that it sounds good. :D I look forward to roleplaying with your character on that RP too. :D
