Keep warm, fluids, medicine, and rest. Hopefully, that'll knock out whatever it is. If it keeps up after tomorrow, I suggest seeing a doctor. That's the rule in my household: If you're sick for more than three days with no signs of getting better, go to the doctor.

The only time that rule didn't apply was when it was extremely obvious that something required medical attention or we were showing our insides to the outside world way too much.

I rarely get sick. Maybe twice a year. Three if I'm super worn out.
