I have nothing against him, I was merely stating that my character witnessing all that stuff just really freaks her out. But otherwise I haven't got a problem.

I asked you to start out slowly with his villainy and in his third post he kills a man in the middle of the street for everyone to see! I don't see that as starting out slowly. And you never mentioned having any problems with the roleplay before, you simply said you were too busy. People weren't being very active at that point so it's not surprising that no one came up to him. Most people's first post didn't lead them into interactions with other characters, it merely introduced them. And I never contemplated making people rewrite their posts because I know it's far too much trouble with the amount of people involved with that incident.

I mentioned in the description of the locations in town that there isn't much crime for the police to deal with apart from speeding tickets I believe. I could see a wanted criminal wandering into town as an extremely rare occasion I suppose. I'm not sure where you're from but as far as I know, in the country I live in, vigilantism is not allowed and someone seeking out and killing someone else, albeit a criminal, would likely also receive a sentence in prison for manslaughter. Also, where I live, we are not allowed to carry weapons visible on our person and would be charged for that as well. Those two things are my biggest problems with what happened.

I'm not saying you can't use Rroy or that you should have to change this character you've developed but if you look at the profile you sent me, which I imagine you probably already know back and front, it doesn't say a word there about killing people. It leaves me to believe he's villainous and capable of it but from the descriptions you provided me I was lead to believe that he was more manipulative than anything and would rely on wit to turn people to his side verbally by deciphering how he could best convince them and then executing that maneuver. If that isn't the case then perhaps we should discuss his character further in PMs so that I can really understand what it is you plan to have going on in my roleplay. I sent you the first message in a PM because I didn't want conflicts like this taking place in the OOC. I know from experience in other roleplays that it can intimidate others from coming in and chatting.

The death aspect was not at all clear. The word "death" doesn't even appear in his profile once. I'm sorry to say that it's impossible for me to know all the details about his character and that aspect of his character when none of it is listed in his profile. I respect that you've made such an intricate character that you know inside out and can play very well but I find that it's hard to get a real feel for who he is from the profile you've provided me with.

The main part of this roleplay is meant to be the interactions between characters in the human world. It's supposed to be about the humanizing of the seasons and their interactions with the human world and also the interaction of the human world with them. What will the townspeople think of the seasons? And what will the seasons find out about their human neighbors? That is the main premise. There is a tiny bit of magic and the story is based on fantasy but the human world remains our world and needs to be a believable place. I played down the seasons powers and haven't allowed anyone besides the villain to have powers because that's not what I want the story to be all about.

I'm sorry that Rroy's character didn't fit into such a reality and that I didn't notice that before now. I would have allowed him to continue with some adjustments but since you're unwilling to adapt his character to the roleplay I guess it's for the best that you've decided to withdraw though I am sad to see you go as you are a good roleplayer. I too hope that we can play in other roleplays together in the future. I also thank you for trying to restore things to their natural order in the roleplay. Maybe I'll be able to use that event to lead into something else later on in the story.

My mom brought the kittens over to my uncle's house while I talked on the phone with Eric and ate some chocolate ice cream. I've been at work quite a bit today trying to prepare for tomorrow. We're leaving for Delaware, to visit my grand-parents for Thanksgiving! ^ ^

But tomorrow my mom is also taking me to some place in Coventry that helps people with Asperger's Syndrome learn how to get and hold onto a job. So my mom wants me to have a first-hand look at that place. If I decide I want to do it, I'll be out of the house everyday from 9am to 3:30 pm. I sort of got kicked out of the job I was working at, and if this place works for me and helps me find a good job for more hours than I usually work, then I might be able to help my mom more and save up to get that darned laptop. Just this past week, I helped my mom pay a bill and buy gorceries, and all I had left after all the calculations was 31 cents. NOT GOOD.

Anyway... it'll be an interesting day tomorrow. Checking that place out and then being on the road for 6-7 hours to get to Delaware. o.o

Oh, I guess I got you going to Delaware confused with the trip to your uncle's with the kittens. Mmm... I'm kinda wanting some ice cream myself as well but I went exercising at the school tonight so I feel it would be kinda counter productive. T_ T

That place you're going to go to tomorrow sounds like it should be a really good resource. I hope you decide to go there for the job... training would you call it? I think it could prove helpful. It'd be nice for you to save up for that laptop you've been wanting!

We're going to have Thanksgiving at my house. We'll all be together for the firs time in a few years which should be nice. Tomorrow my mom has to go to the chiropractor again so I'll have to ride with her there and back. Last time we ended up being really late because there was this big accident on the highway and we got forced off at the wrong exit and had to try to figure out where to go.

usually we have Thanksgiving at my Aunt's house, and everyone meets up there, but last year my mom and I went to Delaware for Thanksgiving and it was great then, so it should be just as fun now.

Yep, I hope everyone will like him, he's quite a bit different than our last villain though so I'm not sure what you guys will think of him. I'm headed off to an indoor walking program but I'll be back in an hour or so to finish things up and edit the first page of the roleplay.

I think he's going to be a fun character, he just isn't very evil, more like lovesick. >.>
