Hey everyone! :) Sorry I've been so inactive. I've been busy. :sweat:

I wasn't sure where you were going with your post Gothika, so I left my post kind of vague. If you guys just post your reactions or something, and Gothika tells me what she's thinking, then I could post what Raeyk finds.

On the topic of Raeyk: Do any of you know his species? You get a cookie if you guess right! :D

@Angelo: I was thinking something bad about something bad could happen...like theres something bad in the room that somehow only Dar'Lighicans can sense and see wats in there...that is if its alright with Papi

We'd need something to balance this out later,something that only humans could deal with. That's my condition.

How about a cruupt king trying to steal the stones!? That way were all without out "powers" and we have to get them back!? i could tell my WHOLE idea i had but im lazy and will do it upon request :P Hah hah hah ha ha!:D

@Papi: deal, now in the room. There is a thing in there for Mirabella to get something that was left by her ancestor but its protected by a malevolent spirit in charge of protecting it from anyone. She has 2 try and get the object from the creature without anyone's help if u dont mind....but i cant think of wat the object can be though.

@Hana: i cant wait 2 hear it!

@Everyone: thanks 2 the conversation and ideas on Crimson, we came up with an idea. Mirabella goes into the room and she has to fight an evil spirit like so, to get an object that her ancestor left in the castle. The object is a box that holds a necklace inside that can help with the process of bringing Darlkight the way it was. But since the box won't open until they get to Darlkight, they don't know what's inside.

We also thought of this: Since Mirabella is royalty, we thought that Bella'a ancestor, the one who left the box, could be the one who created to elemental and the balancer stones back in the ancient times. But the unfortunate part is that as she made them, her life-force was being absorbed into them and she was going 2 die soon. With her last bit of strength, Mirabella's ancestor, placed each stone in a different places, leaving Light and Darkness in the same area, thus the Dar'Lighicans were born.

She can't have created the guardians ,that would ruin some earlier posts. So I need to put my foot down about that,Bella's ancestor could have set specific rules about each guardian chosen for the stones tough.

Having her create the stones is a good idea,but maybe she would have had help? It would have been a major magical undertaking,nearly impossible for one person alone.This goes with the fact that magic is extremely draining,so creating about ten stones alone without help..Well she would have died before that. Not to mention that sending them away would have also been a big drain.

Having the necklace in the box,to save the kingdom is a great idea. A suggestion,maybe in order for it to work all the stones need to be together?

I'm good with the idea of the stones being created, but what if they were made by a collaboration of all the elemental planets that were mentioned in the beginning? And there's twelve total, not ten. :P

@Papi: How about the stones' power weakens when they aren't together? Also, how about they have to be with all of the other four stones in their circle to be most effective? Like they get stronger with everyone added? That way one of our characters wouldn't be dependent on every other one. It'd be Spirit, Time, Light, Dark, Gravity, and Space need to be together and Ether, Fire, Water, Wind, Lightning, and Earth need to be together for their greatest efficiency.

Also, I feel the need to clear something up about Ether and Spirit. They aren't weak against anything except for each other, unlike the ten general elements. For example, in a fight, Emily would lose to Zach, who would lose to Chenol, who would lose to Fade (that's where the circle ends so far; can't go any farther without wind :P). Malone and Tali wouldn't have that. They would lose to each other though, because Ether beats Spirit, and Spirit beats Ether.

If you need anymore info, just ask. It gets a bit difficult to explain without a chart. :sweat:

You know the thought of having Space as one of the elements still bugs me. We need to use something else instead,besides,it's quite akin to gravity.We could have something like empathy or mind control,or something like that! We could have illusion as an element. It would be both unique and fit in with everything else.

Angelo-Can't really divide it like that all the time,rather we should rely on teamwork and the bonds between the people themselves rather then the elements. So that even if those elements are opposites,they could still be as efficient and strong as the best elemental combinations.

And a reminder,I have the final say on any of the magic involved in this so questions should always,but always be directed at me also.. This RP is my creation,don't mean to be rude,but it's the truth.

@Papi: i will try to fix my earlier post and yesh the jewel necklace cant work unless all the stones are present and acounted for. Also if u want, i could change that she made the stones by herself and she had help making the stones, lets say everyone's charrie's ancestors, they dont have 2 be of royalty 2 have an ancestor lol plus it might help understand y they were destine 2 have the stones.

Oh and wat kind of specific rules about the guardians could there be?

I get what you're saying about the division Papi, but if we have to rely on the other eleven members to be most effective, we'd be seriously hindered. ;) And really, the circle goes both ways. For instance, while Water quenches Fire, Fire turns Water into steam, making it ineffective, unless they work together to control the steam. That would incorporate teamwork. :) Two powers that can combine to be even more effective. I don't think Ether and Spirit would mix the same way though. They would definitely become stronger, but they wouldn't exactly create something new. We have to have the weaknesses and strengths of each element though. They wouldn't be balanced without them. Here's a chart so you know what I mean.



Also, Space isn't really like Gravity at all. :P Space deals with, well, the manipulation of Space. So they could teleport, be resistant to radiation, generate extreme force in their attacks, etc. Gravity is just, Gravity and density because density determines Gravity. I honestly don't think I could fit illusions or mind control into a circle. Plus, Light can create illusions, right?

@Angelo-I think it's wrong to incorporate something into the elements that only you seem to understand fully.It's not fair for anyone else.So Space is definitely out of the question.It's not just about what you can incorporate into the circle,it's how well everyone else understands it too.Illusions,alright no,so what about music,or element of Art.Dance ,painting,writing all of these things are magical and invoke emotions,or could be used to cause certain effects.

And you aren't grasping what I meant,I'm saying that no matter the element or how many people are there,the bonds and relationships between the people,not the stones or the elements,are what strengthen their magic together.So you could have only Zack and Emily,and they could do amazing things because of how close they are to each other and their trust in each other.

Crimson-Just trying to figure out the magic system again.

@Everyone: ok, i will explain the race and traits of the Dar'Lighicans.
Powers: They are able to summon their weapon of choice or they can use their claws, teeth or tail, they can run very fast on the legs or all fours, incredibly strong especially the males, accurate wen it comes to throwing things, morphing (mainly into humans 2 hide from enemies), they try 2 not use there powers often in fear they might hurt someone.
Personality: they are purely friendly and never use violence to solve anything, they can get angry if their enemies harm their loved ones, they treat everyone with respect and speak in 2 languages, Human and Dar'Lighican.
Real Forms: they sometimes stay out of their true forms 2 keep from scaring others who dont understand them. Dar'Lighican almost look like demonic animals but it depends on who the person is.
Ex: Shade's dar'lighican form is pitch black since shes the king of darkness
Glow's is pure silver and off white since she's the queen of light
Jason's is dark blue since he's a guard
Mirabella's is pure white with pitch black markings since she's the princess of light and dark

I don't think Art would work. An element, in this case at least, is one of the members of the foundation of the universe. If we incorporated Art, it would be the odd man out. Art is simply a byproduct of civilization. We could use magnetism, but that's a byproduct of electricity, not to mention I wouldn't be able to fit it into a circle. I know you don't really care about the circles, but they matter. The whole plot line is restoring balance between the forces. That's what you set up. The forces themselves would have to balance each other out for us to even be able to restore balance.

Other than that, I've got nothing.

Angelo: What about Silence?That was part of the very creation of the universe,and Sound also. They balance each other out,and are a natural part of the world ,not a byproduct of civilization. It is also easily understandable by everyone.

That's a good one! I didn't even think of sound. How about we include sound and silence together? Sound would manipulate sound waves, and silence is just the lack of them. I figured Dark would be more along the lines of a manipulation of dark energy and matter, which are believe to make up 70% of the universe. That way it's not just the absence of light. :D

Angelo,you're making things too complicated! Let the people who have each element come up with their own ways of using them alright? I'm glad you agree with having Sound and Silence as the elements to replace space.

Everyone-We will combine them if that's what everyone wants.But I still need a few opinions first.

What are they for again? I'm not following....brain dead hehe
