Totally fine with that. Stress in birds causes feathers to fall out, so I don't see why it can't be the same for other creatures with wings.

Vidar got thrown out by the queen. Julian and Irene are back inside, Kara is getting drunk on the balcony, Uriel is trying to choose between her and his duty, Ti is with Uriel I think. The queen charged them both with testing Ignatius and Miyuki because she doesn't see a human as a proper consort for the future king.
