naaaaah xD. As long as you don't abuse it.

Ie.
good use -create a sword and gaurd up her arm/to her shoulder of hard to break armor that is vulnerable to fire(and/or water if you want to include rust in your thought)
Abused use -creates an entire suit of unbreakable armor.

Its one of those things that as long as it's not abused can be reaaaaly awesome and balanced. Though I suppose that's true of any magical power.

ex. my person controls water. an abusive use would be like 'your body's seventy percent water so I freeze you with a wink of my eye and then you shatter' XD

hahah She could multi task though, like maybe make that weapon armor, and then try to create a shields around the others, but that would mean she'd have to drop her own protection.

Lol yeah be like a shield one person of her choice at a time so that if she shields someone else she cant' shield herself type of thing xD. hmm....
