So, idea for the clothing debates, as Drakina, Mimi and myself have been talking about it:
Since this is the government, something akin to army issue: Leather boots, silk under-armor/thermals, cargo-style pants, vests, leather jackets with Teflon lining, ect. There is still plenty of room for personal touches as there are various styles and sizes of each item, plus the way they are worn can change with personal preference. I'm sure we can also make up some stuff like less bulky armor or special fabrics and call it the newest government inventions too >.> What do you all think? |
That sounds fine ^.^'' Lets just not make it too armor-y okay? Like maybe limit it to the vest and/or chest part of the jacket type thing. Like a police, standard issue bullet proof vest but super sleek and modern made with some new government creation XD
edit: remember folks, they are mainly an investigation team/spy type team first and foremost, soldiers second. Except for the actual soldier keeper(s) of course |

Yea, that's what I was thinking actually. They wouldn't have armor, really, maybe a Teflon vest and metal plated bracer/gloves. I'd love for them to have something like a Teflon/silk weave type fabric for their thermal/under armor instead of things like vests over their clothing. I've thought of something like this more than once, and similar things have been in movies. It would basically be like wearing long underwear or a thermals that can reduce impact damage and possibly deflect a slashing-type hit form a blade along with helping to regulate body temperature like regular thermals.

That's fine, i just figure it should be limited to more the torso and forearms type of thing for the materials stronger then say denim level for the pants/shorts/whatever. to maximize the vitals being protected while leaving room for movement.

Yes, until their powers surfaced they were able to live a normal life with normal adoptive parents chosen by the government. Whether said people did it because they wanted a child or wanted a government check is up to the individual xd... As is if said parents grew to love the child or just did it for the money that all the parents got paid.

well we're still working out the government part of their lives and training and such but as far as who they are/their history/early schooling/etc that would have to do with their lives before their powers developed sometime in their teen years, yes. That is all up to the person making the character. The only things that would be true to all prior to their powers developing is their parents do receive income for help with expenses and for keeping quiet about the (understandably and now shut down) project that produced the children.
