This morning was timed perfect by the way.
I was at courthouse, at 9am, calling the jail to see if he was allowed visits/calls yet, and instead, they tell me hes being released. So I wait around, and literally ten minutes later he gives me a call, "hey can you pick me up?" Hes trundling down the street on foot from the courthouse, and surprised but happy I was already right there.

Everything worked out today... Now hope he gets a good lawyer so they dont try throwing him BACK in jail after the court date.

Yeah, that'd suck.
Do we know how long it would be if he ends up in the can?
