I suppose it is up to her whether or not it is helping. *smiles* You did not miss me, though Kina just left.
I am stuck in a hotel in Novosibirsk for now, so I figured I would take advantage of the chance to talk to everyone again. How are you doing?

It doesn't help that the teachers last semester would have been better teaching other subjects. My accounting teacher would have been great for math, and the math teacher, though really nice, .. Well it was her first time teaching the course at all.
Too much baking soda I think.

Ah, I see. What about the teachers this semester? Any better?
Baking soda is something always to be measured carefully, I have found. What was wrong with them, in the end result?

They're an improvement. I really like my math teacher. She was my pc teacher last semester, and is pretty good at explaining things. I'm reserving judgement on my accounting teacher, though he's certainly got more stories to relate what he's teaching to.
They tasted like baking soda ... And I forgot to put them into a container after, so now they're really hard.

It is good that at least one of them is better. It is always easier to learn when you have a likable teacher.
*laughs a little* Well then, I'd say it is a pretty good reason to make more cookies. What recipe are you using, by the way?
Oh, and before I forget again, Kina, Mimi and I have been... or rather, had been, working on a fantasy RP idea, one I think you would enjoy greatly. It involves dragons, ancient bloodlines, traveling the world and saving the earth, literally.

Quite true. ^^ And I'm also sitting right in front of the teacher, so I tend to pay more attention.
*smiles* I'll probably try that tomorrow. I don't understand why I always mess up sugar cookies though ... Other types turn out alright. This time it was a recipe from one of my sister's cook books. When she makes it it turns out fine. ><
Yeah you're right, it sounds like something I'd really like. So what's this about saving the earth, dragons and ancient bloodlines?

Sumimasen, I got a bit distracted. Mikhail has being trying to figure out what is causing the delay and is being quite noisy. >.> Mikhail is the on who is traveling with me to the village, by the way.... and he says "Hello, cute girl." *sighs* Sorry, he would not leave me alone until I typed it.
Hai, that also helps, I would imagine.
Hm... perhaps next time you should have her help, maybe there is a trick to the recipe, or something she alters?
I still have the first part of the intro here on this computer, so I can send that to you if you would like, but the plot is this: The earth is dying due to Mana, the energy that flows through all of nature and organic things, fading to the point of tipping the natural balance. Natural disasters, disease and severe weather and climate changes plague the planet (Much like it has in recent decades, which is, of course, our inspiration for this.) and in a cry for help, the earth wakes the most powerful and ancient of creatures: Dragons. The problem is, the dragons have been sleeping for so long that most all of them are encased in their habitat and have become part of the land. One dragon finds a solution- calling upon the decedents of the faded supernatural races and having them aide the dragons in activating Nodes, balls of stored up natural energy that occur at the junctions of Ley lines, which are the streams in which Mana flows around the planet.

It's fine, trying to figure out how to get to your destination is kind of important. *laughs* Have you mentioned him before? Anyway, say hi for me. Though now I have to wonder if he's seen a picture of me, *shrug*
I don't know really ... I think I'll just keep trying until I get the recipe right.
Oh that does sound interesting! Sign me up, I have to make a character for that. Or I could bring back some old favorites. :P
And sure, send it over either on aol or hotmail.

Well, we know how to get there, the train is just delayed and he is whining about it. There is some merit to his complaints though, as the people working at the station have not told anyone why we are delayed. A lot of interesting rumors have of course sprung up do to it. Everything from a death to spies and dangerous cargo. *shakes head* And, yes, when I first told you about him I used his nickname, it means apple, remember? Anyway, no, he has not seen a picture of you, he just knows you are a woman and is a horrible flirt. *smiles* He's a sweet guy, and adorable, really... just a bit too energetic for his own good.
Repetition is one of the only ways to get better at something, after all.
I knew you'd like it. *smiles* There are a few guidelines for characters though, or really, things you have to keep in mind: You character is a distant descendent of a supernatural being, thus will look and act human aside from perhaps having a slightly off eye or hair color, perhaps being more beautiful, more pale, ect. Your character does not know they are part supernatural, other than perhaps having stories passed down of the family line dealing with fae, dwarves, elves, what have you. And your character must have some sort of heirloom from the ancestor, and the object must have had impact on the ancestor's life. It would be advised that it is a smaller, easily moved object.
Also, we are going to be fairly picky about what races people can have and how they are portrayed, though I am not worried about that with you. Now, all that aside, did you have anything in mind for a character already?
Ah, is it alright that I just send it to you here? My connection is quite slow and I cannot have more than one tab open at a time, hence why I am not on AIM as well.

*rolls eyes* Well hopefully everything gets figured out soon, though you know I can't really complain . And you know ... some of those rumors give me story ideas, though I'm busy working on Karlin's back story at the moment.
Oh yeah .. That's who I thought it might be, but I wasn't sure. How long have you two known each other?
What do you mean, too energetic for his own good?
That really makes me think of Uriel ... He easily fits the bill, and even the earring he has could be the heirloom. I can figure something out easily enough. He wouldn't have heard the stories, because he was taken. But yeah, he came to mind immediately when I started reading the description of characters.
Sure, go ahead. I must admit, I'm really looking forward to reading it.

Hopefully, yes, though I too am enjoying this extra time to talk with you. *smiles* I have known him for.... ah, almost two days now. *laughs a bit* I had only spoken to him over the phone before that. And, I mean he has a short attention span, and is quite quick to jump into situations and conclusions. He has already told me of times it has gotten him in trouble, and I can only imagine it will continue to do so until he learns to temper and channel his seemingly boundless energy.
Uriel would be a good fit, but he cannot be a changeling in this one. He has to be a typical mortal with a not-so typical heritage. Unless, by that you mean he is an orphan of sorts?
I am making yet another version of Silthryk for this. *smiles* He's of course descended from wood elves, and his family runs a smithy, except for this, they make weapons, armor and props for historical re-enactments and such.
