Lol well feathered dragons tend to be bigger then that but we can make a tiny lizard/buttefly dragon XD. I keep reading that 'filli-lizard' though lol. Which makes me think of some scaled horse/dragon thing >.>

I keep thinking 'fire-lizard' when I read filizard. Though I like the term 'dragonet' better...

Also feathered lizard looks more like this Coloured Sketch - Dreamer by =TwilightSaint on deviantART but the white feathers would continue more over the top of the head, neck, back, shoulders, and tail. There would also be plumage on the tail tip. Unless we make them wyverns then it also wouldn't have back legs XD. Or ampherites (i don't think i spelled that right) and have two sets of wings with no legs....... or a lindworm which is wings with just front claws if anything so basically the opposite of a wyvern. >.>....

An amphithere(or feathered serpent) is basically a snake with wings, when you boil it down to that. Usually feathered, but not always. And Lindworms (or Lindorms, whichever) don't always have the wings, but do always have the front legs. Wyverns have a set of wings and back legs, always.

Heh not really xD. Being like i said they are still all options being Mlp would likely classify them all as 'dragons' >.>.... Being unicorns and pegasus are 'ponies' and all xD.

They are all kinds of dragons. You can find stories and pictures of each in different parts of the world. Amphitheres in central/south America, lindorms in northern Europe, and wyverns in Europe and north Africa.
