Height: When in his usual human form, he is shorter than average. In his cat form he is bigger than average.
Body: When in his human form, he is lean and lithe. In his cat form he is skinny and lithe as well.
Physical Appearance: In human form, he has greyish-white hair that is long enough to cover his cheeks, but short enough to not be touching his shoulders. His eyes are green and almond-shaped. He has a pair of cat ears on the top of his head and a long, fluffy tail. He could hide these, but he likes to show them off. He is usually pale, but can change his skin tone if needed. His cat form is that of a greyish white tabby, with green eyes and a black tail.
Clothing Style: He wears whatever he finds, usually a mismatch of formal and rags.
Outward Personality: Jacki is a kidder, always joking and seemingly laid back. He loves to watch humans and sometimes plays tricks to watch their reactions. He is also someone that beats to the sound of his own drum.
Race: Werecat, related closely to the Tanuki that live elsewhere.
Status: (What does this mean?)

Bah, fine... And status means where he stands in the city. Is he a gang leader? An advisor? A member of the gang (and if so, is it a high rank or low rank?) Associated with gang activity (as in, a family member or friend of the a gang member), a hitman, runner, or scrounge (which is the general public living in the slums or acting as thieves, drug dealers, or so on.

Hmmm... Well... He's in a class of his own XD Does some runner work, some spy work, but doesn't really stick to one particular person.

Well, you might call him a jack of all trades, then~ Though if he's among the lowest rank, he'd be labeled as a scrounge until his talents are necessary.

Well, maybe he is kinda like Ceciro, where people come to find him to do business? Though, I have a feeling he is attached to the scientist quite a bit... For some reason... Maybe the scientist found him and nursed him back to health or something...

True... Though Ceciro specializes in murder and/or retrieval. Your guy has more of a broad spectrum.
Hm... That sounds nice... Perhaps as an ill cat, he wandered into the city near death and the scientist finds him, treats his illnesses with his medicines and is surprised to see that he's not simply a cat...

Oh, and would you have any qualms about me naming a character Cole...? I really want to for some reason...

Anyway I skimmed over everything and I rather like the direction it's going. One thing though, how would electricity still be working if it's a post-apocalyptic world where near everything was destroyed? That would include the grid, so would everything be solar powered now?

maybe electricity doesn't work? Or there is only some powered by generators or other hodge podge tech the people have come up with.

Maybe the gangs could control the remaining generators? They could be hauled up in a prison ... *has been watching way too much Walking Dead lately*
