Well she just missed her lesson!
I wonder if the mother will still pay me. She's my first student so I can't really demand that kinda thing outright just yet, but mum sometimes hints to the mother about how inappropriate it is to skip lessons without enough prior warning. You gotta do what you gotta do sometimes.

when you sign up a client have a paper contract and have in there that if they do not cancel before by x number of hours they have to pay full price.

Yeah I know. There's just a lot of different factors in this which makes it a little complicated. I don't mind it too much because its less work for me. I would just like money [rofl]

well I know how wanting money can be. trying to find a job that will pay you and hire you is just as hard.

I don't really want to get a part time job this year, with it being my last year of high school and all, so I'm fine with teaching piano. She comes to most of the lessons anyway, and I'm getting another student soon as well.

oh getting more then one, big step up. well I wish that I could get a job, lost my last one a few months ago and have be living at my parants house. I am 30 and living back with them for the third time.
