Welcome to Habendum Haven. Population: You.
It has been several years since the facility has opened, and merely six or seven patients have been dismissed. Our method is purely theoretical, involving shock treatment and daily therapeutic sessions for each patient.
Each month, a new shipment of patients are admitted, and handed their garments - as well as room assigning. There are two patients to each room, and three night guards to each building - each building containing around fifteen cells. There are nine buildings in all: the communal showering and recreational facilities comprise one building -- visitors meet with their beloved one here, and the patients are taken for a daily bath. Another building takes up the front, involving in- and out-patient services, as well as the numerous doctors and psychiatrists on the grounds; their quarters are adjacent to this building.
There are, in all, seven buildings in which the patients are distributed. Meaning a total of 210 patients at one time are able to be held.

Nobody has ever asked more than, "When is lunch?" or "Can I have some privacy?" here before. But, that seems to be about to change. Several of the doctors have been called off the grounds, due to a lack of surgeons and psychiatrists at the state penitentiary. That means a lack of pill distribution, a lack of numbing, a lack of senseless droning from routine to routine. The minds have been returned to the patients; they have room to breathe, finally. But, if the next two weeks of the doctors' absences go as planned, these patients are condemned to even more unknown time. Will this be their chance to rebel, to scheme, to altogether succeed? Just because they've been good thus far -- thanks to mostly an internal sense of righteousness, as well as the aid of countless pills -- doesn't mean they deserve this chance. Some of the guards are sure to catch on, and alert the two doctors that agreed to stay behind: a gynecologist, much needed due to the overpopulation of women versus men; and a neurologist, for who could be without the bi-monthly brain monitoring?

Diagnosis: For this, "diagnose" your character. Are they schizophrenic? Bipolar? This may require a little research on your part!
Medical History: Were they drug abusers? Alcoholics? Anything is allowed, even if they have a more explicit and dark past - just don't go into very gruesome details.
Personality: Do this from a professional point of view. For example, "Exhibits signs of introversion." Something seemingly professional.
Appearance: Again, it would be best to keep this professional. Instead of keeping Appearance here, you are allowed to put something like Height:, Weight:, Natural Hair Color:, Distinguishing Marks:, etc.

Character Name: Using Dr. or the like will give your character more professional feeling.

Specialization: The available spaces are, obviously, gynecology, neurology, or if you're a janitor/guard, then just put that. Secretaries and the like are also allowed, though may play less significant parts - depending on you!
History: Was there a reason why they became what they did? Is there family to blame? What, when, where, how, why?
Personality: This can be approached from a less professional perspective.
