{Restlessness} had driven him to do the unthinkable...
..Namely, to beg for a Literate/Advanced role-player to partake in a one-on-one game of wits and words. But there was a catch! There is always a catch..--In this case, only two specific genres would be allowed, but the guest (whomever they may be) would be given the power to choose between them:
+ The Phantom of the Opera Erik, Made-Up + The Dark Knight Batman, Joker, Made-up The characters listed below each are those that he would be willing to play. Beyond that, certain criteria must be met by the potential partner: - The ability to summon up the muse enough for a minimum of approximately three (3) paragraphs per post. - A characteristic lack of Mary-Sues/Gary-Sues in the partner's entourage (be them made-ups or original characters). - A willingness to portray characters of either gender (without particular preference to their own). - No particular desire of male// or female// (or really even || over the PG-13 limit). - A decent amount of imagination for coming up with subplots, etc. ------ Post below if you are interested. I can only handle so many role-plays at once, so this will be first come/first serve. Tell me which of the genres you are most interested in (or inquire about other genres that I have not mentioned) as well as which characters you would like us to play and what plots you might have in mind. |
I wish you luck! Alas I play neither phantom of the opera or batman. I love the story too much to tamper with the phantom and I don't know batman well enough to be any good at it. Nor have I seen the new film to wing it.

So sorry to hear that, Fallen. May I ask what genres you prefer? I am sure that I could play at least one of them. xD
|
I generally prefer the freedom of generic roleplays rather than those based on pre-existing stories. I like the freedom they allow both in the plot and the characters. Although I do partake in a few pre-made stories, but mainly ones with large character bases such as x-men, Saint Trinians, Harry potter etc where I'm not too smothered with other peoples ideas with no room for many of my own.
|
Fair enough. Let's talk about Harry Potter, then? Which era do you prefer (Marauder's Era, Present Day, Future)?
|
I lean more towards present day. But really I don't have a strong preference as I tend to play my own characters and can adapt them to whichever time period.

@Fallen: Alright, well, I can do present day. ^^ If you are interested, feel free to PM me and we can iron out the details.
@Naiyo: The two genres I have listed are simply the ones I am most in the mood for. :3 I'm sure I could do anything you suggest, however. What did you have in mind? |
