I want to roleplay with someone who is creative enough to have their own character, gasp!

Here are my stats, reply in the same format, adding things you think are necessary.

Character Name: Menardi Haleshana
Age: 17
Orientation: Straight (Sorry girls, haha)
Race: Human/Merperson (unimportant unless you're one as well.
Appearance: Pale skinned, gold-blond hair, teal eyes. Dresses up in red and black occasionally, including a dark red wig.
Story: Menardi is a traveler. She goes from one end of the world to the other collecting people's stories. She keeps a journal of them, which she calls the Secret History of Time. She is not a fighter by nature, but if the need arises, she uses her rapier Bellanova.

Appearance: A gold crown with red gems in it sits crookedly on his head. He has a long red cape that is line with white fur that has black spots on it. He wears a a white vest and a red long sleeved shirt underneath it. He has a black belt with a golden buckle that adorns his white pants. He wears white sneakers that have a stripe a red on it. He has a pair of little wings that can be seen out of bottom of his pants by his ankle.
Biography: In his hometown he was rejected the right to be king after his brother had stolen the title from him. With a rejected future he stole off into the night and has made a living off of granting people wishes. He has a lot of constrains on what he can grant
Personality: He loves to give orders and just loves the thought of being in command. He doesn't like using people, but when the need arises then he will.
