I prefer thread RPs, because I think they're easier to follow. With thread RPs, you post and just keep posting.... whereas with PM RPs, you have to keep cutting down the RP so it isn't GINORMOUS, and you lose part of the RP so you can't look back at it if you need to. I also like profile skeletons with anime pictures (because anime pictures are so readily available.)

Well, I have no preference for who starts the thread. I will if you don't want to. And, what I usually do when I make an RP thread is I put a breif plot description, and then list both character profiles in the first post, then let my partner make the first post of the actual RP.
