► Just like everyone else in this forum, I too am in search of a decent one on one role play. Though, it seems I've either been spoiled with literate people or my expectations are too high and find it harder to find a decent juicy rp or someone who has the skills to keep me intrigued.

► If you must know about me... I am obviously new to Menewsha, but not role playing. I am fairly old (no not old lady old) and have quite a few years of role playing under my belt. I get on at least once a day, but that doesn't mean I am going to post once a day, some posts take a day or two to work up. I don't like rushing and will never rush you and thus I expect you to do the same. If you think I am taking to long just ask and I will tell you, and reverse.

► My requirements are fair and simple. ◄

►► I will not tolerate one liners, even with writers block! That is ridiculous!

►► I would love if you try to keep the rp going as well. Meaning, I am not the only one pushing it threw the time/day/year. There is such a thing as a time skip, and they can be well placed. I also believe the rpers communicate with each other, may it even only be about the rp.

►► Spelling doesn't have to be perfect, but decent. It isn't like you can't spell check in anyway. You are on the internet so use a internet based spell check. Dictionary & thesauruses can also be found on google or what ever. I use them so I would hope you would too!

►► I hate having to put a quantity limit, I seem to work best when the post I am replying to has three or more hearty paragraphs. Yes, that means I want both quality and quantity.

►► I will be using human reference pictures, and would like you to do the same. Please and thank you.

►► Limits are easy. P-13 and what not. If you are unsure just ask, I won't bite your head off for any reason if you just simply ask.

I suppose before I bug you too much, I should say something about myself. *clears throat* I am QueenElizabeth *points to avi* but I also go by Pho (short for Phoenix), so please feel free to call me that. I prefer it, actually. (It's been my rp identity for forever xD) I have 9 1/2 years of roleplaying experience, and I own my own forum. I have been writing way before then, but I got into roleplaying when I was ten. Heh, now you can guess how old I am!
I would classify myself as a literate writer, I always attempt to give at least two paragraphs, and if I can't, I wait until inpsiration hits me with it's loving thwack. xD I should hope I'm literate, because otherwise my novel won't sell!
I can play pretty much any sort of roleplay you can think up, and I have no boundries on what is "legal". I can switch between uke and seme pretty easily, so I'm not picky on which end of the roleplay I get :D

I've never tried a fairytale spoof before. That sounds very interesting, and could be very comical xD I'd be willing to "cope" ^^ I've never read those series, maybe I should look them up at my library. Do you recommend them?

I've done all three, I just wanted to know what you would rather play. If we spoofed a fairy tale, it would be EASIEST to do a hetro, but mxm or fxf is even more entertaining sometimes ^^

And I meant boundaries besides the T.O.S....Like, no holding hands or something >.> As odd as it sounds, I HAVE played a yuni with a player who refused to allow holding hands, even though it was a MA thread...>.<

Truthfully, I've only ever really done one spoof/twisted fairytale. And that was thanks to M. Lackey's fairytale redo-book-plot-things..

But I do love trying new things, and yes it should be humorous. I'm a huge sucker for laughing. What tail would we do? We don't have to do the cliche stories. We could do a Hansel and Gretel kind of thing and or so on and so forth.

I would so recommend the Sevenwaters Trilogy, well series - she had four books now. But only if you enjoy Fair Folk, druids, heroines, etc..
The first book strikes me as a detailed version of the Swan Princess. You know the one where the girl has to stay quite till she weaves 12 shirts for her 12 swan brothers, whom were cursed by her wicked witchy step mother.

You have intrigued me. I actually do have a spell checker on my browser so if I make a mistake in my typing I notice it by the nifty red underline. Anyways, the magic idea got me interested or the fairy tale spoof.

I can typically write up to three paragraphs but the person I am roleplaying with has to be pretty god for it to be hearty (like beef stew.) I am also 19 (20 in February) and have been writing and roleplaying since I was in seventh grade. I did some writing before that for classes so I have a feel for fantasy and such.

I am interested in hearing your plots.

I actually have never heard of that story. I have a disney movie called the Swan Princess, but its about a Princess who is forced to become a swan at night, and her love almost kills her thinking shes a duck xD It's quite a funny romance movie lol

Yeah, I don't really think about "boundries" too much. If you set to many, the rp kind of loses the thrill factor...If you know what the bad guy can and can't do, well that just isn't any fun at all! xD

I am a fan of mixed eras. But I don't really mind, you can work magic into just about any era, I just prefer not to do modern unless we do something like Jumpers or Push. Rather good movies, if you haven't seen them.

The elemental roleplays I've done have just been really boring. I haven't enjoyed the at all but I am willing to try if I get a really good plot and some ideas are put before me, other than that I'm wary about that type.

I am reading the Dark Tower series right now so it'd be fun to get some guns mixed in, mainly hand guns (pistols and the sort) to add a little spice but mix some magic with that. I just had that idea pop into my head. It's like you have a weapon but enhance it with magic.

For the era, I wouldn't be really that great at imitating the powers that are in push (the movie I've seen from the ones you listed) so something pre-victorian era would be good where it has the technology to move but we're not entirely dependent on technology quite yet.

I don't normally do elemental rps because a lot of people don't really know how to use them. I like it because each element has a obvious weak spot for at least one of the others. I also only tend to stick to the main four western elements Fire, water, Earth and Air.

I had a rp going with my ex boyfriend over my father's laptop, and the plot was getting rather good; even though his rping skills were that of a script writer.

It was about two elemental sisters, whom were raised a secluded forest yada yada ya, my char at the time. And his chars had to fetch mine. Because their was going to be a attack on the human race, well humans more of less. The bad guy was a high priest of ruling kingdom of demons, whom were much related to humans in their own way.
The demon king (and queen if wished) were taken from their home and stuffed away, leaving the prince(s) (and or Princess) whom the Priest thought were gullible/impressionable/easy to manipulate. Well the prince/es/ess got word of it and allied with the Elemental Witches whom were destined to help say the top layer of the world.....

That is pretty much the jist of it, or at least what I can remember because my father's laptop was stolen..
