Well, the Needless portion should take less description, but the Story isn't canon, though the abilities and the Fragments idea with the Adam Project is still in the RP.

As for the idea, it's more of an Odd Time-travel idea.

A man invents the Time Machine, bringing the world of the past Together with the Present. Time travel and Technology is shared, making the two Worlds prosper. However, there were the discover by the Mathematicians of an Anomaly known as the 'Paradox' , people who could very well control time. It was theorized that the Paradoxes were a result of the time rift, and according to their 'Agamemnon Theorem' , the unexplainable 'Higher Order' gave the responsibility of Time to 3 different people: Each to the Past, Present and the Future.

The two worlds then begin a hunt for the Paradox, trying to eliminate the possible anomaly to restore balance into the world. The setting is Steampunk on the Past (A world known as Arda) and the setting is largely Dystopian but livable on the Future (A world known as Ertha, it had been ravaged by a nuclear War.)
