Well... It's been a while since i've RP'd in this kind of way but i'll give this a shot. I can play many kinds of characters, from vampires and ghosts, to humans, angels, all sorts of creatures and things. I have many, many characters. When I RP I like to do it in a literate, paragraph style. I can also play more than one character... as long as I am given a scenerio or plot I am good to go. I like to do vampire and ghost RPs I have many vampire and ghost characters. Just like you I don't like to do Anime or book rp's or series or anything based on something previously created. I enjoy origional ideas as they keep my imagination pumping. Roleplaying guys is a forte of mine... I have very few female characters.

If you are interested just tell me what kind of RP you might like to start, or have me join and I will see what I can do by providing profiles of fitting characters. =3 I promise all of them have a deep background and individual personalities.

That sounds fantastic! I would love to build an Rp together. Two of my best characters that have very deep backgrounds and alot of personalities are Alexander and Gift. A bit of info on both of them ...

Alexander Valencourt is his full name he is a young lord that was turned to a vampire and has dwelled over his estate for many centuries, his age resides in the hundreds and though he is short, his personality makes up for his lack of height. Feisty and egotistical he adores a good alcoholic beverage over the liquid ooze of humans. He hates being proven wrong, or shown up and will do everything he can to win a competition or the heart of his dinner. Alexander might have an issue with alcohol, but it won't impare his ability to comprehend. He can never back down from a challenge and loves a good chase, wether it be for lust or love. Taming a rabid beast such as Alexander, has yet to be accomplished for anyone or anything of the worldly form.

Gift Heilen is the ghost of a young man, beautiful and elegant in his demenor he means not to frighten anyone, though his frosty blue hair and golden sun eyes may cause goosebumps. In life he failed to win the heart of his love and unable to bare the pain of lonliness, his body soon hung from the rafters. His spirit free to wander, he searches for the love he could not find in life. At a stunning six foot three inches tall (even in death) he reaches out to anyone in the hopes of being recognized. Though this young ghost means no harm, those who come in contact with him often run, wether it be from his chilling looks or haunting voice... it is the nightly sonata of his heartache that has left him without a friend or family remaining.

I have many many other characters, these two kind of focus around romance since you said you do like romance, as do I. I believe it helps a story move along and develop when the characters have a mental and physical connection which allows them to delve into each others emotions. I have a few other ideas where we could combine the idea of vampires and ghosts, I can always play as more than one character, it is easy in paragraph style Rp's (my preference as well, total dialog gets very tedious) Is there a particular style of character or time period you'd like this to be set in?

I'll probably have to rummage through some old profiles and pick out one that will fit. I'll have to look through the profile but, I'm hoping that I can alter my most in depth character to fit whatever we'll be roleplay. :]] I really think I can but her profile is suuuper long, I think I'm going to blog it. o_o;; I too could play multiple characters, I have a couple human female characters from some old supernatural roleplays. Corby is from a roleplay that never got off the ground about supernatural hunters, pretty much. She was a cryptozoologist. That would've been a pretty amazing roleplay. Alice is a girl who had no belief in anything supernatural at all, until she found out a necklace her mother gave her was a part of a meteor and aliens were coming back to get it because they obtained some great power. I, of course, could probably alter these characters to fit anything that we decide to roleplay. ^w^

I'm open to altering any of my chars to fit as well, though i have so many I might not have to. Oo;...

What time period would you like to put this in? I feaudal/medevil and modern are specialties of mine, that and fantasy worlds that revolve nothing around the actual real universe we live in. I was kind of thinking like a late victorian/versaillies age, or modern so there are more items like vehicals, and other things to work with in the plot line. Any opinions on that? o-o;
One of the other ideas I had is an old age role play one I had wanted to try for a long time, featuring a rogue samurai (he's one of my chars names Seven Kiyoshi) it would be placed in feudal age Japan. I do still like the idea of a vampire roleplay though... xD now i can't decide. What do you think?

The characters I have are modern but, as I said before, I can change them to be whatever we need. I could work with modern, medieval, or Victorian. I like the thought of Victorian with vampires, as well as medieval. However, I haven't exactly played in those Eras in quite some time. Fantasy style worlds are pretty sweet so I could really work with that as well.
As for the one set in Feudal Japan, I don't know very much about it but, I could always google it and learn more. :]]
Soooo, maybe a Victorian Era or modern? Although modern is a really common age to roleplay in, sometimes it's nice to mix it up. The Fantasy world sound pretty good to me as well. o_o Hmmm. . .

Hm... well both Gift and Alexander are great for victorian age, since Alexander is/was a lord not to mention it is really fun for me to play him since he is a little bit twisted. It makes it easy to make his personality really outrageous. I think if we were to do a victorian age one, since we both seem interested in it, that would work out really well. Then we can have vampires and other mystic beings as we wish. Maybe... we could combine victorian and fantasy in some way.. o.o;

We might be able to combine the two in the way that there are mystic beings in the world, however they disguise themselves to avoid persecution and to live slightly more normal lives? Maybe another world they could also go into to live among others like themselves. Vampires going into the human world to capture unsuspecting human victims? That's only one possibility. If you have any ideas on that, I'd love to hear them. Corby is a really sweet, calm girl. She isn't the type to freak out for no reason. She's really brave and can put up with a lot. However, Alice is much more outspoken and blunt about things. She's reasonable, until you tick her off and it doesn't take much to get her jealous. I could make her into a vampire or blood doll, something like that, if need be but I'd probably keep Corby as a human or blood doll, depending on what we need for the plot.

I like both of your characters, either one would work well with Alexander depending on the plot. I will say when it comes to Romance Alexander is the type to pursue. He's a known heartbreaker though and is easily bored by people that don't peek his interest. With Alice, it would be easy for both of them to get into heated argument about many things i'm sure which is one thing Alexander loves is arguing, he lives for a good debate though he hates to lose. With Corby he'd like the pursuit and his own internal curiosity might get the better of him when she can put up with his obsessive compulsive behaviors and such if that's the case. Or if Alexander doesn't work I have a few other fun vampires.

One of them is Vladamere (cliche I know but he's unique in his own way) He lives in a grand castle, hunted by a man called Alocer, who is dead set on destroying him. Vladamere feeds no on blood though but on a persons will to live. The more a person wants to live the better fed he is. When he feels an overwhelming emotion for his victims though he becomes a beast, who's body is shaped like a massive dog though the flesh drips from him like acid. Alocer, vladameres enemy and rival is a Dragon, though he takes the shape of a human so not to have people fear him, he does take the form of a red and gold winged dragon.

I also have Vladameres brother Arucard. He is less beastly than in his brother and instead of blood or will he takes pleasure and satisfaction in feeding on beauty. Stealing away womans gorgeous looks and mens handsome physiques he reamains as young as ever and his hunger satisfied as long as there is someone of ravishing looks to feed on.

I'm not sure which of them you like more... xD I am happy with any of them. I like that idea of having a world where vampires and creatures could return to in their natural forms, kind of like a parallel world to that of the humans. I like that idea. =3

What we could do is start with one character of our choice, and then pull more in as the plot and story progresses. I think Alexander would work just fine, if you'd like to play him. :]] I actually like them all, they're very unique and I must say, I give you props on that. ^w^ If it came down to it, I'd be more than willing to make more characters to toss in as well.

We could totally do it then. I think it'd be pretty cool. It would leave the roleplay open to a lot of different, interesting things! Noooow, any ideas as to what could be happening in the roleplay? OxO

o-o that is a very good question. Well I know one of your requests was a little romance at least, so there will obviously be a love interest... which i would assume could be our two beginning characters. Or Alexander could also be the protagonist and I could bring in one of my other characters, either another vampire or human who might be a love interest. I have Ran Mao who is a young human and rather a shy guy but he believes in chivalry and protecting woman. He was once a soldier in a war, and had his leg and arm damaged, which in modern day or future I usually replace or fix with mechanical appendages but I could reduce the injury so he might only need to use a cane for walking and such. (It could make a good weapon against pesky vampires? xD ) So perhaps one or the other could be the love interest. hm... for the rest of the plot... Who are you planning on using for your character?

I think I'll make my main character Corby. Her personality and past are much more detailed than that of Alice, however I'll bring her in later as a slightly darker character, perhaps.

In that case either Alexander or Ran could make a good love interest for her. It kind of depends on how dark you want the story to be. With Alexander as a love interest we could do something where he might pursue her only to have the tables turned on him, which he isn't use to at all and would be thrown for a loop. Or if Ran was to be the love interest, Alexander would make a good protagonist as Ran might be like an officer or guardian of a town/city maybe he's even a vampire hunter, protecting the young woman from the terror of Lord Alexander. hmm... what do you think on those ideas? maybe she is torn between loving the hunter or the hunted?

;U! I like that idea. Alexander could have kidnapped her and taken her to his world, Ran goes out to save Corby? :]] As of yet Alexander could just be using her to feed on her for the time being or whatever reason you decide on. During this point she could become torn between the two and so on.

I like that one as well. It's got romance, drama, heartache! And a dashing protagonist... xD Are we set then? I know most of the details will work themselves out as we post, so i'm not worried about fine details, but is there anything else before we should get started? I've got quite a few ideas floating around in my head as to how to start it out as well. Oh, would you like to post Alexander and Rans short biographies or anything so you can get a more in depth feel as to the characters you'll be working with?

Clothing Style: Versaillies style aristocrat.
Clothes: A long overcoat with gold detailing and buttons, black leather pants, knee high aristocrat boots and a white button up dress shirt with a ruffled collar and red pendant. Silver rings adorn his fingers. He wears a black top hat with a gold ribbon around it and long peacock feathers extending from the side. He also carries a mahogony wood staff with a deep red crystal at the top.
Personality: Egotistical, stubborn, and a perfectionist. He is intelligent and quick with his words. A smooth talker, capable of wooing many a woman into his arms.

Weapon of Choice: Vampiric powers and his staff.

Alexander was a young french nobleman, before he was taken by a creature of the night and transformed into that which had feasted upon him. He watched as his parents died, his family fading from existance as he lived on for an eternity. His mind trancending thought as he sought out power... his lonliness grew into resentment and his resentment into hatred as he embraced his new life finally. Entrancing young woman with his curious looks and sharp tongue. His power as a vampire grew exponencially as he drank the young womans life source, leaving only the best tasting ones to live another day so he might drink again. Though he doesn't prefer the blood of mortals, he more often satisfies his thirst inbetween feedings with a strong drink of alcohol. Alexander resides on his estate, burrying the bodies of his feasts under the grove of trees in his acres of yard. Despite being a vampire, and so pale skinned, he can step into the sunlight and stay there for quite some time, though prolonged exposure will eventually eat at any revealed flesh... if he has to go into public during the day he will be caught carrying a parasol.

Clothes: Ran wears a full body suit, with leather and metal plated arm/wrist guards. Leather boots and a cloak for effecient hiding in the dark from prying eyes.
Personality: Strong sense of Jusitice, protective, shy. He has alot of power for a human, having been a hired assassin for some years it's his shy personality that has saved him from falling victim to seductive female vampires.

Weapon of Choice: O-dachi long blade

Ran was a soldier back when countries still wared over land. It was during that time he suffered a wound to his leg and has to use a staff to walk, though it doesn't hinder his abilities as a hired assassin. After the war it was then that he had no home or family to return to, with no other skills than the ability to kill he became a hunter, after the creatures that trancend reality and steal away children from their slumber and tear woman away from their husbands. He holds many tragic memories from his life he prefers keeping away from settling down in one place as the creatures he hunts, often hunt him so they may continue their work in peace. His body bares many scars and battle wounds from his fights with the mythical creatures that haunt the world.

Where should I start? I mean, there's not many extravagant things about me that anyone would want to know. I'm a pretty reserved girl. I mean, I don't really like to talk much unless someone talks to me and I'm not one to lash at others. I'm the type to keep my cool when things keep getting worse. I've been in some pretty tight situations where if I would have broken down, I could have quite possibly died. It's those sort of things that only encourages my calm behavior. I can be sort of the peace keeper when it comes to those around me. Many, many times I could be found talking my brothers out of arguments. When fists begin to fall, I'm hardly ever afraid to pull two people apart. There's nothing I hate more than conflict between two people who shouldn't be fighting. I acquired my calm physique from my mother. My mother and I have a wonderful relationship. But in all, I turned out far more like my father than anyone expected. While I happened to be calm and relaxed much like my mother, nearly every other trait I had pointed directly to my father. It was something my mother was disappointed with, mostly because she knew very well as to what he did and how much danger my father gladly put himself into. But he did it because he had a very passionate love for adventure. That feeling of adrenaline pumping through your veins as you stare death right in the eye. Then the feeling you get right after you take death down and stomp out his hell fire.

That was the main thing that made me like my father. I was always too ready to face all of my fears, to look death back in the eye and to insult him. No, I wasn't exactly suicidal. Far from that, I cherish my life more than anything in the world. It's simply that I cherish other people's lives more than my own. I would dive in front of a bullet for anyone important to me, although that's something people may never realize of me. My determination was also derived from my father who would never give up.

I'm quite possibly the sweetest girl you'll ever meet. Maybe that was a little egotistical of me? Maybe. I sometimes try a little too hard to please everyone. I like to see people happy, I hate seeing the pain of others. When my father died, it killed me inside having to watch my mother break down. My brothers didn't know how to deal with her so, I did. I worked as many jobs as I could, mostly doing maid work here and there. Cleaning up manors and taking care of children. Most of the money I make now goes to my mother and Eric, to help with the farm. Fintan eventually ran off, began work as a sailor, traveling the world following in the footsteps of my father. I don't talk to him much anymore although I love his greatly. He understood me, the way I am. He was the one that told me that I was the sweetest girl in the world. My family always comes first, they're number one. Then comes my friends and after them comes nearly everyone else. I always come in last place and that's fine with me. However, that may very well be one of my biggest flaws. Since I always put others before myself, I sometimes find myself in less than happy situations. But, it's nothing I can't overcome.

I'm not a very angry person. In fact, it's pretty hard to get me angry. I'm a very forgiving person but only towards those I think should be forgiven. It takes something pretty serious to get me really angry. If things get too out of control or disorderly, I won't hesitate to yell to get things back in order. I adore controlled environments. Things to be neat and organized but when things begin to run wild, it irks me. You can call it my 'pet peeve'. Getting me really angry is never really a good idea. While it's hard to do such things, it can be sometimes harder to get me to calm once more. My anger is hot and it will rage on until someone can get a hold of me and get me to actually calm down. As in, someone has to get me to stop for a moment and breath to get me to calm down and rationalize things. Otherwise, I'll remained annoyed and crazed for hours, maybe even a day or two.

Breif Bio Discription: Corby was raised on a farm, her father having inherited it from his parents after they died when he was around 16. She lived there for most of her life with her parents and her two brothers, until her father caught a well paying job as a sailor. He'd come home now and again with wild stories to tell her about fighting bad guys and wild adventures. It wasn't long after her father died that she began to second guess the stories he'd told her. But, it never changed who she was. When her father died, she began maid service, assisting anyone who needed her help. She from there sent all of her earning back to her family. With her father dead and her brother Fintan gone, the farm gradually died off, Eric began working as a blacksmith and her mother still remained home, keeping the house.
Appearance: With a slim figure, Corby stands about 5"3 and weighs in at approximately 110lbs. Her long brown hair has the slightest wave to it and passes her shoulders by a few inches, however she usually wears it in a bun. Her eyes nearly match her hair being brown only a light shade. Her dress depends on the day, when she's working and when she's off. She wears a simple white dress on work days, as not to stick out while she's going about her job. On any other day she may where something slightly more elegant or bright.

Daily Wear: Since Alice was technically considered among the lower class, she wasn't able to get dresses that were too eccentric. She only wished she could afford better gowns.

Also if you have any more questions about my guys feel free to ask.. I'm horrible at describing my characters. I think she will work perfectly with the story though.. I see it now..... going about daily life and all of a sudden she is the captive a dashing but out of control vampire... Chaos reigns when the patter of hearts come between them and to make it worse... it's not just the heart of two... but three... Oo; So yes, moving on... xD

I wrote that one nearly two years ago and there was more to it but, I edited it some. It was for an Advanced roleplay and I really don't do those often but sometimes it's so easy to write so much. I babble a lot. x]] I think that may have something to do with it. lol

I have a half hour, so I can go start the thread with a little post and title, is there anything you'd like to call this or should I just title it "Antique Doll & Lemonstre RP" Or if you have an Idea on how to start or call it than you can. I can get in a post or two before I'll have to sleep. (I have work early in the morning) I either get my mornings or nights off from work. I tend to get alot of free time as well and I can always leave posts when I wake up in the morning as well... xD hm...
