Hi there! So, I figured, since I can't ever seem to locate anyone I want to roleplay with via other websites, or just through taking a quick browse through the requests here, I'd go ahead and post up my own thread.

I'll give you my basic requests for roleplaying with me, what I do, and what I don't do, period.

Basic Requests
I like to chat and get to know people I'm roleplaying with...I hate the anonymous stuff, I wanna be friends. ^^

I won't give you a word limit or a paragraph limit or anything like that, so I expect you don't give me one. I wanna have fun, not feel like I'm in English class.

On the other hand, one-liners bother me if they're something I can't respond to, and though I may not always have the most proper grammar/spelling, I like to be able to read what you're sending to me.

I consider myself semi-lit to lit, depending on how tired I am. If you're advanced, I'd rather not roleplay with you, because I don't want to read a bunch of unnecessary words.

I have zero limits, and I really don't like limiting myself, but I will if you're just that awesome. But I will refuse, regardless, if you insist on NO violence, NO cursing, etc.

By the way, I roleplay yaoi, yuri, AND hetero. =3

What I Do
-X- High School
-X- Boarding School (typically 'For The Disturbed', or what have you)
-X- Apartment Complex
-X- Enemy x Enemy
-X- And other various parings based in high schools or whatever.
-X- Modern Fantasy
-X- Pseudo-Medieval Fantasy (I can't guarantee that it'll be totally historically accurate, but I don't like it to be, ya know? It is FANTASY, after all).
-X- Vampire (pairings of whatever you so please, including werewolves and such, in any setting of past or present).
-X- Steampunk (if you're interested, have some knowledge on the subject; it's not just cogs and gears and pretty shiny people, 'kay?)
-X- Demon x Angel (I actually have a pseudo-plot to get things started for that one).
-X- And I'm up for suggestions!


What I Won't Do
-X- Any Anime or Manga
-X- Harry Potter
-X- Animals of any sort
-X- People trapped anywhere, it's stupid
-X- Twilight (and if you ask for vampire and give me a sparkly fairy with a taste for blood, I'll be pissed).
-X- Video games
-X- Basically any fandom or anything that's already SUPER pre-plotted. If it's the basic idea of a book or something that I've read, I may go for it, but I hate canon characters being included in any roleplay.

Alright, that's about it, other than where I roleplay; this is where I seem to loose people. Typically I hate PMs, but I might. Maybe. I really, realllllly prefer IM. Such as AIM or Yahoo Messenger. Please post here first, though I will give my messenger names.

I'd like to do a vampire sort of plot.
The only thing is, I'd prefer not to have a vampirexhuman pairing since I have a vampire character but she was created to fit in a story line where she's living with...well, creatures that are not human, therefor she's quite violent and not appropriate for human contact. I've used her in human related settings before but I really want to bring her back to how she was supposed to be.
We can even have a mix of fantasy in there. My character had a pet dragon at one point XD

Well as I said, I don't care what sort of setting they're in, so if it's a whole big clan of vampires, that wouldn't bother me a bit (in fact I tend to prefer that, because a lot of the time, it's me playing a male vampire and someone else playing a really poorly written female human). ^^

I prefer to see vampires as rather solitary creatures but a whole clan could work too. Maybe have a pretty small group.
I've tried way too many humanxvampire role plays and it's just never worked out well. I can see maybe a friendship developing but romance is too much. ....stupid Twilight ruined everything T_T

Hm...I'm interested, but slightly confused. You consider yourself semi-lit/lit, but you don't care how much the other person puts down, no matter how short it is?

I rarely follow what this website has listed as semi-lit/lit/advanced, whatever. My way of thinking is, is that if you've got a good enough grasp on the English language, you're literate.

However, I did state that I don't really like one-liners. If it's going something like I'm sending a good paragraph for a reply, and you say "Then she stood up and smiled." and that's it, I'm gonna get irked.

I'm interested in a steam punk rp, do you have any ideas?

I have quite a few ideas, though they all take a really long time to explain. Do you mind PMing me?
