YAOI ONLY: On the way home from school/work one day, a young boy/young man has a sudden, unexpected near-death experience and loses consciousness. He has a dream, where he sees a small cloaked figure with a large scythe inching towards him. After waking up in the hospital, he finds that this 'figure' was a bit peeved at having lost his prize...and that no one else could see him. ((I will play the little cloaked figure. I may be willing to negotiate and make this available for hetero pairings, but be warned that the cloaked figure will always be male and is only thirteen.))

A merman is captured at sea by a fishing boat and placed in captivity, in a large tank of a popular United States aquarium. Visitors flock to see this newly-found species, from opening time directly until closing time. One particular visitor notices the merman's distress, his sadness, and takes pity on him, leading to a desire to help him escape...((I want to play the merman.))

I'll be willing to write this with you. ^ ^- I'm perfectly fine with playing the visitor, and it seems like a very good/interesting plot to be able to play. ^ ^- Where would you like this to take place in? besides being in the U.S. X3; And, what ages would you like?

Ascadellia: Yay! I was thinking maybe in Atlanta, Georgia, in the Georgia Aquarium--I believe it's the largest aquarium in existence. :3 My merman is seventeen, so any age can work for your character.

Ooo. Sounds fun. I've never been there before, but it's fine. My character can be going there on vacation and such with a couple of friends, and having heard of the new 'attraction' and go to visit and see what everyone is talking about. We could take it from there. I can use my eighteen year old then. What type of thing would you like to incorporated into the plot? Other than trying to save him? ^ ^-

Ascadellia: That works! I was thinking a tenative romance could develop, eventually, as the merman's trust issues with humans are worked out. My merman knows his own language--the language of his kind--and can speak but not read or write three human languages: English, Spanish, and Italian. I guess we could add other things in as we go along!

*nods* That sounds good. And my girl knows two of those three languages, as she's fluent in English and Spanish. She'll most likely try and help out with the reading and writing for English as she is a bit of a book worm, and would just want him to try and understand the cultures and such. Would you like profiles or no? ^ ^-

Ascadellia: My merman has a twin brother, so if at some point you'd like to add in another character, feel free to do so; once we get to the point of possible release for my merman, we could introduce his twin. I'm in the middle of a Math project for school, so I would be really, really grateful if you could make the thread! The title...erm...something catchy, like...Artificial Ocean?

Hmmm, if you are still interested in starting up another roleplay, I would love to do one with you! Your plots are really interesting, they already have me thinking which characters can be used in them :D Of all the plots though, these are the ones that I'd like to do the most if that's alright:

A runaway, after a week on the run, accidentally steps into a strange portal, and it transports him/her to a world of Demons. A leader of a brigand of Demon thieves takes him/her in.

After a plane crash in the African savanna, the only survivor is lost in an unfamiliar land. After days of wandering alone, hindered by lack of food and water, he/she is taken in by a rather strange-looking lion...who isn't really a lion.
This one is probably my favourite of the choices, although I can't choose XD

YAOI ONLY: A desperate teenager is looking to escape a very abusive home. He finds solace in the soothing words of a stranger in his favorite online chatroom...and eventually, the two decide to meet up.

A knight and his forces are ordered by a noble to take up arms and clear a possibly occupied castle in the middle of the forest, which he has just discovered. The knight finds something unexpected there...
I’d prefer to be the supernatural, but I really don’t mind being the knight.

A demon has an encounter with a wannabe ghost buster in a haunted saloon...and the ghost buster has the guts to return.
I’ll happily be the wannabe ghost buster, I can see this one being pretty funny as well :D

Also, if you do agree to do a roleplay, would it be alright if it was a yaoi one? I've been wanting to start another yaoi roleplay for a while now ^^

Remaro: It would make more sense for your character to be human, unless this takes place in a different world, in which case it would be a different country/continent's savanna. But, that would work, if that's what you want.
