Im looking for a semi group role play with others, I want to do a ying and yang yaoi rp so i need someone to play ying as a guy. The other group members can be of either gender. I want to base it in the now a days to where the balance of the world is being shifted. I will also need people to play the followinf elements. Fire, Water, Earth, Air. So anyone interested?

i was thinking kind of making up the exact plan by putting everyones ideas into it so its a joined effort and has a bit of everyone in it

well i was thinking of course to do a yaoi portion between ying and yang but other then that i guess i was planning like i said to make the balance of the world shift to either one power or the other which would end up killing one of them while leaving the other in control of the world the people who followe the light and dark have always been at wasr and not things are reaching a peak

Ying's the nice one, right...? *epic fails* Okay, for the sake of this post, Ying is the nice one.

So, we've got Ying and Yang- the angel and the P.I.T.A., and they're in a relationship. The power of the world switches to one of them, and the other, being left with no engery, shrivels up and dies. Then we have the elements- Earth, Water, Wind and Fire- and we do what, exactly, with them?

Just thought I'd clear it up before I voiced my opinion. Anywho, I wouldn't mind being Ying. :)

They represent the four elements and the four forms of power besides light and dark they also represent the four forms of personality and spiecies.

fire = passion/hot headed = vampires

earth = defense/nature = werewolfs

water = healing/calm serenity = elves

air = freedom/wild = anima (half animal half human ppl)

Well, I'd like some My-Brain-Is-Very-Dead-Today clarification first- which one is the balck one; Ying or Yang? xD EPICFAIL.

Ying = light = good
Yand= dark = bad

Mmmkay, here goes:

Ying, in my opinion, is supposed to be all things good. He's constantly trying to help people, and he cares for everyone, believing they deserve a second chance. He also trusts everyone- making him extreemly gullible. He's convinced that everyone is perfect, and doesn't understand the concept of the word "lie".
It's because of this that he gets talked into doing "bad" things by Yang, barely giving it a second thought because "Well, Yang loves me, and he wouldn't ever do something bad to me like that." He gets nervous when he realizes he's done something wrong, and can be detatched for weeks because of his shame.


Okay, I know there was a lot of Yang in there, but it was basically to say that Ying is gullible, but sweet. o.0

Well i was thinking more of ying as like you sayd wanting to help people but he does know the difference between good and bad and he knows there are bad people out there but even though he does know he's still willing to help them and he is strong willed and paaionate

Well, the thing I'm worried is the "Mary-Sue" factor. :< Trust me, I'm not aiming any sort of anger or anything at you, or any such thing, but I just want to clear this up. Don't be offended, prettyplease.

It sounds like Ying is pretty much perfect- we're lacking in personality flaws. The strange insecurity and gullbile-ness of my version (I ain't pickin sides, just sayin') makes him vulnerable, and therefore flawed. Yours knows that there are people out there he should stay away from, etc, and it sounds like he's a relatively perfect rendition of the White Side.

You see, I was generally thinking that Ying and Yang were complete oposites. Yang is mistrusting, abusing, controlling, tempermental, etc, while Ying is very trusting, almost to the point of being childish, sweet, lenient and forgiving, never gets angry- the like.

So you plan on classifing the elements as races so that the races are actually at battle with one another?

So then in thinking you would have 2 completely different roleplays going on, or would elements side with either yin or yang? I'm lost on how you're trying to combine the two...

no i ment he knows that there are bad people but his flaw is he is still willing to help them because he wants to belive people can change and ends up getting hurt alot because of it.

ok lol i ment fire as in an actual fire not the sun and yes fire is their strength in its power but also their weakness in the sense of as you said could be represented by the sun's effects on them. the same goes for the others and their elements.

the elements symbolize the emotions and things i listed and the races are in a way extentions of the element rases based on the strengths and flaws of each element. they also represent the balance of power besides the one of ying and yang.
