Ok for those who either never heard of it or is too young to remember reboot was this old 3D cartoon that was pretty cool back then so heres the pitch for it. Tell me if you like it and im open to change.

storyline:

Its been 15 years since the final events that have occurred in the inner world of a computer system known by its inhabitants as Mainframe. The internet has advance so rapidly that game cubes are bigger and even no deadly.When The User (or the person actually operating the computer) loads a game, a game cube drops on a random location in Mainframe, sealing it off from the rest of the system and turning it into a gamescape. As part of the new generation you must, reboot to become a game character, and fights the User's character to save the sector. If the User wins a game, the sector the cube fell in is destroyed, and the sprites and binomes who were caught within are turned into energy-draining, worm-like parasites called nulls. And with the new technology more data has poured in creating new humanoid creatures of more complex design, but with all of this new data there is also viruses forming into monstrous creatures that wants to control everything together forming a group called the leviathan .5 .

This sounds soooo interesting! I loved ReBoot so, so much! :heart: (is it okay to discuss in here, or would you rather me PM you? D: )

Anyway, the last time I re-watched all the ReBoot episodes (probably half a year ago), I came up with my own ReBoot characters: Flash and Zip. I never imagined doing a role play with one of them, but I'm considering it now :P

My main concern is that I'm really shy and not really confident in my writing with other people... I worry that other role players will expect more of me than I can comfortably provide, so I have some questions...

Will this story take place in the original Mainframe (revamped, of course, to suit a more modern age), still? Or will it be a new computer and location than that since technology has so progressed? And do you have ideas for the incoming games? Will there be MMOs, where users from many different computers are after the goals, thus many different sprites band together to attempt to prevent them? I'm not sure I have that many ideas in the games department, so I'm rather worried about that...

But wasn't ReBoot just fantastic?! Nowadays, there are so many CG cartoons and movies, but ReBoot was the first of it's kind :heart: And it had such a good story, too. I figured I might not like it as much re-watching it as an "adult," but I think I appreciated it even more. I do recall the creators saying that they wanted to make it into something that they themselves would enjoy watching.

I know how you feel about your worries for posting because I still feel the same, but just keep posting and I'm sure you'll do fine. Now it's an originally updated Mainframe. It's the same data, just suited up for the next generation. Yes, he has some ideas, but he is still open to suggestions. Also yes there will be MMOs with the sprites to prevent them and because the wifi has allowed more people to gain access to it.

LOL, I loved how they made fun of other shows and games. Loved when they made fun of power rangers and they were trying to figure out how to join their ships into a robot. :D

LOL And the episode where the game was like Dragonball Z and Pokemon mixed together. Classic. :D

Aaaahhh this role play is beginning to sound more and more fun the more I think about how much I loved ReBoot~!

yeah i agree and im glad that you all want to join because i was kinda scared to start one seeing as how its so old. i had some ideas of what types of games to make like a harry potter based game.

rock band :D zelda, final fantasy, silent hill/ resident evil so many fun games to play with!

I have an idea..... What if "glitch" Or the new guardians key tool, Is a trial version of an AI sprite..... I think that would be kinda fun to play a character that is the guardians key tool.

Oh and what kind of relationships would you be allowing in this rp?
