Since it will get crazy there will be a limit to who can join and what not but don't let that make you think you wont get in. I'm doing this with Puddlez. ^^ She has happily accepted me under her wing and we're working together to bring you a, hopefully, awesome rp~!

Yes, it's just for preexisting characters, though just about any fandom seems to be fine.
