Hello and welcome to my thread! I'll make this short and in bullet form to keep it simple.

• I'm looking for a role player who can give me what I can give. A mirror poster in other words. I can usually dish out four to six paragraphs and if I'm inspired, I can do more. Of course, if we are in dialogue mode I will understand but please give me at least three or four paragraphs worth to reply with. I will do the same. I love love descriptive posts that can make me want to wish that there was more written so I'll feel inspired to write back just so I can read more of my partner's writing.

• I love romance so please expect that there's going to be one in the role play. It doesn't have to be a main thing. It can just be a subplot or something. I can play both male and female characters whether they be gay or straight. So yes. I'm open to both straight and homosexual relationships.

• I'm pretty busy with stuff but I will give you a prompt reply. I check here everyday.

• Please don't disappear on me. If the role play gets boring, then tell me so (private message me). Don't be shy. I'm not going to bite your head off. If the role play is starting to make me bored, I will tell you.

• Please be straight forward. Tell me if you want to make the thread or if you want to start. Or if you want me to do both. Yes. This is going to be a forum rp. No PMs or IMs please.

• If you want to play the Persona role play, I would prefer it if you've finished Persona 3 or at least have played it to some extent. That way, you'll know what a couple of the terms mean. As for Persona 4, well...there won't really be much spoilers coming from there except for maybe the place.

• The second plot refers to the anime Angelic Layer so background knowledge is required. Don't worry. There won't be any canon characters from Angelic Layer. :)

• I would really really prefer it if our characters are in college level in both age and maturity.

• I'm not perfect so I make spelling mistakes and grammatical errors but I try to keep them to a minimum. Please do the same. It hurts my eyes and makes my brain explode when I see 'somtn' lyk dis' and it makes my red penning instincts go on full drive when I see 'this what me want. okay lets go'. No offense to people who have learning disabilities and such. I'm just a perfectionist. And if you tell me that English is not your first language...then surprise surprise! It isn't mine either! 8D

• Since I've had trouble with people wanting to role play with me and me creating the thread (and to other starting the role play) only for it to be abandoned without a word, those who want to role play with me will be the ones responsible for creating the thread, putting up a starting role play post, and giving me a link to said thread. Persona Plot - I'm a little tired of this plot at the moment. We can still do a Persona role play but let's use a different plot.

After Persona 3, Tartarus has disappeared and the Dark Hour has disappeared. SEES was disbanded and every member has moved on with their lives except for Mitsuru Kirijo and Aigis. The two kept a close watch for any Shadows that might still be lurking in the corners.

Ten years later, technology has allowed the Kirijo group to create better Evokers in the shape of a choker and a bracelet. No need for Persona users to shoot themselves in the head anymore and in this way, they can be armed at all times.

Two years after the enhancement, Kirijo group has received reports of Shadow activities coming from the rural town of Inaba. Two unknown groups seem to have acquired the use of Personas and are using them in an underground fighting ring. Worried that these reports could somehow escalate in to the events that lead to the Tartarus incident or just people of Inaba getting hurt, Mitsuru sent Aigis and an newly appointed agent who has a Potential to investigate.

The role play begins before twelve midnight on the streets of Inaba where Aigis and the agent are on look out. The night is quiet and Inaba is at peace...until their radar picks up a Persona being used...without the Dark Hour appearing.

Just what exactly is going on?

Angelic Layer Plot

A couple of years after Misaki's time, Angelic Layer has experienced various upgrades and its popularity has reached an all time high. Divisions have been set and people under the age of sixteen are not allowed to enter because of some complaint a couple of years back about the game becoming too violent for young and impressionable children. Another change made to the game is the addition of a tournament branch that allowed players to equip weapons on their Angels.

One character is a mechanic as well as a Deus. During the morning, he goes to college as an IT major. In the afternoon, he works as a waiter at a cafe and during his days off, he participates in small tournaments. It was in one of these tournaments that he met his cousin, the son of the current president of the yearly Nationwide Angelic Layer Tournament or NALT for short. The two became friends fast and soon enough the mechanic was asked to help out in this year's NALT. It seems that someone has been harassing the small time and rookie players. The mechanic is asked to infiltrate the tournament by entering it as a participant while investigating these harassment complaints.

It was during the first part of the tournament that an accident occurred, forcing three players to retire early because of injury. And then another accident occurred when the mechanic progressed to the second of five parts of the tournament, making two more players retire early.

Who is sabotaging the game? And is there more to this than simply winning the championship?

Harry Potter Plot

(Warning: Long read but worth it. Can also be treated as a sample.)

It was quiet in the Room of Requirement except for a couple of clinking glasses and appreciative murmurs for the special brew of strawberry tea that the leader made for the the five students currently gathered around a small round table. At the moment, the Room of Requirement looked just like any sitting room. Red drapes lined with gold cords decorated the sides of the windows and the main entrance doors. Landscape paintings lined the royal silver walls that sometimes had a living serpent slithering within the walls, coating its slithering track with a fine tint of green before disappearing back to silver. The carpet in the center of the room was a dark velvet blue and beautifully adorned with bronze feathers. The chairs and the round table were painted black with small strands of yellow (not gold) on the surface. The cushions on the chairs were of different colors. One was red. Another was blue, and another was yellow. The last two were green and white. On the table itself were plain white tea cups and a plain white tea pot, both items enchanted to keep the liquid they were to holding warm.

Everything in the room spoke of equality between the four great houses of Hogwarts. Even the students themselves. The four students all represented each of their individual houses while the fifth, the leader and the founder, could not be classified with any house. Indeed for even the Sorting Hat had difficulty determining in which house the leader was to stay in. In the end, the leader had bowed out after an hour of indecision by the hat and simply decided on where he would stay by picking a random rolled up paper with a house name in his hand.

"Well then...shall we begin the monthly meeting?" the leader finally spoke as he put his tea down to his saucer. The four council members imitated the act and straightened, ready to get down to business.

"As you all know," the leader said with a small smile, "this will be our last year attending Hogwarts and as the muggle saying goes, we must go out with a bang."

All four students grinned at this proclamation but none of them dared to interrupt their leader.

"The first item on the table that we must address is the yearly bets. Last year's bet was quite the record breaker, almost lasting one year before someone won. Thank you for that wonderful betting suggestion Slytherin."

The Slytherin nodded in acceptance and smirked when the Ravenclaw sniffed, slightly miffed that her eight months record had been broken. The Hufflepuff rolled his eyes at the petty spat while the Gryffindor merely tapped the round table.

"Now now," the leader admonished, "none of that rivalry in this room."

When he had the attention of everyone again he continued.

"Any suggestions on what to bet upon? People with short tempers are preferred as usual. They have a tendency to cause a lot more chaos than intended when people start interrupting in their daily lives to fix the outcome of the bet."

The five students had a good laugh about the past bets that caused several calamities in the school due to tempers being in an all time high before sobering up.

"What if it has something to do with that muggle-born 'character number one'?" The Gryffindor spoke for the first time since attending the meeting, "I hear she (can be a 'he' and everything in this paragraph can be rewritten) is rising within the ranks. Nice girl, pretty, a Gryffindor, smart, a bit on the mental side...and has a best friend within the Slytherin house with the name of 'character number two'. D'you think it would be fun to place a bet on their relationship?"

There were several murmurs as everyone evaluated the pros and cons of betting on the girl before the Hufflepuff spoke out.

"I'm not sure about this. I've heard from my spies that 'CN1' already in a difficult position with her parents. Something about them not accepting that she's magical. It will be too easy to drive her over the edge."

"Exactly," The Ravenclaw smirked, "It would be too easy and several people would think so as well. And it would be true...were it not for 'character number 3'. CN1 has that kid's support in everything and I am quite certain that CN3 will do everything in order to protect CN1. CN3 might even participate in the bet and be on the pro side."

"CN3? Going with the bet?" The Slytherin scoffed and shook his head, "I don't think so. He's far too noble to participate in something like this...but there is the possibility of him going to the pro side in order to help his two friends. That's got to count for something."

"Don't forget 'character number 4'," The Hufflepuff commented, suddenly seeing that The Yearly Bet was going to be quite the spectacle, "That Ravenclaw has a lot of connections and from what I know, CN3, CN2, and her are good friends."

"Seems like this one is far too one-sided to work well," The Gryffindor commented.

"No it isn't. There are numerous fellows that despise CN3 and CN2. They'll do anything to hurt those two, including sabotaging their relationships." The Slytherin smirked.

"It will be quite interesting once 'CN5 and CN6' get involved. And they will. You all know they will," The Ravenclaw grinned.

There were several murmurs as everyone discussed the possible outcomes of the bet before finally, the leader called everything to a halt.

"Have we agreed?" he asked. All four students nodded in unison, "Well then...all those in favor of betting on CN1 and CN2, raise your hands."

All four raised their hands.

"Very well then. The Year Long Bet has officially begun. The usual rules apply. Cheating is encouraged and allowed as long as you don't get caught. The participants, namely CN1 and CN2 are not allowed to know about the bet. The deadline we are reaching for is one school year as always. Hopefully, we'll reach it this time."

The four shared mischievous smirks.

"Now on to the next order of business," the leader said and pulled out a chart where several names were listed, "Who will replace us once we've graduated..."

Well now I am a Harry Potter fan, but I am tired of the original characters. I would love to do a second generation role play. Maybe Harry and Ginny's child with the children of Ron/Hermoine and Draco. We can think of something that will show that Harry's kid is just as adventurous and brave as their father. If you think this is a good idea lets do it! IF you rather do something more off the wall...lets butt heads and think of something.

Well, I really like both and I can't decide.
Mechanic would be a new experience for me but I'm poor at males. Haven't roleplayed that many and would love to improve.
Would love making up a new character, male or female, can't choose.
Are you okay with multiple characters? A main one and then like a friend of the main or something along those lines.

So because I feel bad over choosing do you have a preference on which you want?

Was more curious about the plot. How to make it thick with possible situations and get it to connect to the mechanic. Just amazed you were thinking about a sibling of the victim too!

No first post just yet. I just put in a warning sign. xD

No worries. Rambling can have a lot of plotness in it! Lots of characters is equal to love for me so...and battle posts! 8D!

It's no problem really. I don't mind at all if you take the mechanic role. I just want myself and my partner to enjoy ourselves with the role play. And plot well...the sibling thing just came to me. I'm pretty good with thinking things up on the scene. As for the mechanic, we can start out by him needing the money that would come with the spy job? And well...if he wins the tournament, there's additional money in it for his schooling? Or a sick parent/sibling/family member?

Okay, I'm really sorry but I need to go. Didn't think I would get so distracted but it is super late now and I should be getting to bed. Lots of work tomorrow for me.

So I'm sorry but I'll leave it up to you with these words. I'm more overjoyed to be able to do this role play. I was thinking when battles came up for our characters that the other would play the opponent. Keeps things rolling, no stalls, or lack of material to replay back to. Then hearing that you love multiple characters is enough for me. I'm not good with playing just one. I love the money idea and the spy thing for the mechanic, gives him a goal to strive for. We could also add in that the non mechanic character has become a victim and could be questioned as the saboteur. There is so many possibilities that I'm starting to fall in love with playing any character. I'll take what you give me with a creative mind, pure bliss and a determination to make the roleplay amazing! Go with what your heart desires, the plot is beautiful and I wouldn't mind playing any character. Being apart of it and having you accept has made me quite happy.

It's okay. Really. I know I'm in a different time zone than most. xD

Yeah that would be great! And while battles are happening, we could play other characters just to further the story! Postage material ahoy! And yes. I like that idea. That would put the two in a position where in they will have to interact and if they don't exactly become friendly to each other, they could maybe vent out their frustrations with each other on other players while in the battle or practicing...which would attract the attention of the saboteur...or another party. -shifty look-
