The small, mid-teen girl looked around then up at who spoke, slightly frightened as she stopped pacing. She must have looked lost by that time as she heard nothing approach her. She smiled at the figure with a slight hint of nervousness before responding as she was quite shy. "Maybe a bit lost... I'm not sure if anyone can help me with this, though..." It was usually true as she'd either endure most things that happened in her life or she'd handle them on her own.

I do have a response to that one, too, however, but it would end up as another cliffhanger post and would have to be answered as well. Then probably followed by a final cliffhanger or so.
I was thinking she was pacing in the courtyard while thinking whether or not to go home anyhow. That's the baseline of that second part I had in mind. Something happened... Something bad...

Alright, so we have Leo innocently helping your girl, maybe even letting her stay at his place, all depends on how much your girl is willing to tell him. We'll be trying to help her solve her problems (or run away from the law if needed O.o) and see where it goes from there?

Those things could actually work. She's not so much in trouble for breaking the law in that situation, but she still seems to be in trouble in a way similar I suppose...
