The superhero thing wasn't intentional... but we could filter it in. You're right.. it could be quite interesting. :D

I drew up some more characters and I ended up making three. I have Jean, who I altered her design a little and her brother Daniel. I think they're both going to be military characters. Or Airship captains or something... And then there's Marla. Who... I haven't figured out her yet. Just that she's a rather plump character.

XD You're really on a roll, then. I've still been trying to figure out what my first character's name is--not to mention what he does. Though that will come a bit more easily once we figure out exactly what direction this story is going to take.

Yeah. The designs kinda just happened... You know how when you're trying to draw one thing and it ends up something entirely different? lol... that's kinda what happened.... And the names... well.... I like messing around with names, so they tend to just pop up.

I would guess transporting military troops... supplies and various cargo... something along those lines.

OK, so I have been thinking and thinking about just what sort of plot this should follow, and I'm still liking the whole quest bit. Other than that, though, I'm not sure--as in, what's the point of the quest? I assume to be looking for something or someone... And would it be better to just go ahead and start and see where things go, rather than plotting things out any more past that?

The quest thing definitely is a good idea... Hmm.. if's it's futuristic, it may be difficult to figure out what that is other then someone trying to take over the world or something.

Maybe someone on the ship comes down with something rare. It would kind of be mixing the futuristic setting with the more old-fashioned questing.

An alien disease... and they have to return to where they came from before to find out how the crewmate got it..

Or maybe it was a conspiracy? The member was given the disease on purpose? Maybe to see if it could wipe out their entire race.... it's genocide! And they have to stop it!!
