Hello! I'm VictorianMess. I've been role playing for years now but I often take long breaks then come back with HUGE cravings. So that's why I'm here now! I'm looking for a few good, long term role plays that are both entertaining and interesting. So let's start...

Guidelines/Rules
1.No chat speak in character. It bothers the crud out of me.
2. No god modding/ Power play. (Don't tell me what my characters are doing.)
3.Third person only. (Believe me, someone HAD tried to rp first person with me...)
4. Literate/Advanced only. Heck, even semi is fine with me. You may slack eventually, but I just want something good to reply to. Meaning no one liners. But I'm not expecting you to write a novel.
5.Male x Female ONLY (I have nothing against fxf or mxm I can’t Rp them well and I’m not willing to try.)
6.I have no limits. Please tell me if you do. (Do NOT think I’m here just for some loving. I’m not and you shouldn't be either.)
7. Tell me if you're leaving for awhile, I'll be kind enough to return the favor.
8. Long term only. Thank you.
9. I’ll only put as much as you put in to the Rp.

What I refuse to go near:
-Twilight (YUCKY!)
-Clingy Characters
-Creepy fetishes
-Abusive relationships
-Labels such as 'emo, jock, goth, prep’ ect.
-To be told what my character is doing or should do.
-Rude people (I don’t mean characters.)
-Religion (Believe me when I mean I can start a war over this. Don’t push your beliefs into an rp. I’m most likely not a part of the same religion as you. I do find it offensive.)

Examples-

The news had come without warning. Silas knew the day was coming but why so soon? One word: War. The war broke out years ago, way before he was born. He couldn't even say he knew why it was ranging between the two kingdoms. It was going to happen sooner or later. As the eldest and only son of the demon family it was only a matter of time before he was matched to marry.

But did his new bride have to be from the enemy kingdom? Sure it might end the war and bring peace to the kingdoms again. But Silas wasn't sure if it would work. For Silas was a powerful demon and his future bride was a fairy. It was fire and water.

Silas sat high in his tower, watching birds fly out of the forest near by. Silas's bright green eyes roamed the landscape, looking for any clue as to what was planned for the day. Normally he would helping out his father but for some odd reason, ever since learning of the marriage, he had been locked up in his chambers. As if he was about to run away. Silas was no fool to the kingdom rules. He knew better. One thing was for sure. He was going to act his way through this. He would never fall for his new bride.

Silas moved to sit in the window. His legs dangling out. He used to tell himself he was ready for anything but dealing with a strange woman from the enemy kingdom scared the living crud out of him. As a prince he had fought in the war himself and had hurt many people. But no one had taught him how to be a husband. He sighed impatiently and moved his legs back inside.

He stood up and paced back and forth. Silas's long white hair whipped back and forth in a high ponytail. He paused, listening as the chamber doors unlocked. A servant came in, bowed and set a tray of food down onto his desk. Silas watched the old man carefully. The old man bowed again.

"Lord Silas, your chambers are to be unlocked. His highness has told me to warn you not leave the grounds." The servant turned and left the room, keeping the doors open. A grin spreed across Silas's face. "Interesting..." He ignored the food and quickly left the room. For he had never been good about staying in one place for too long. He entered his private study and plopped down on his favorite couch. He covered his face with the back of his hand and sighed softly.

The study was full of bookshelves and rather comfy couches and chairs. A fireplace was the main center piece of the room but Silas never used it because he would often feel ill being too hot. He finally calmed down and kicked his feet up onto the arm rest of the couch. He moved his hand from his face and stared up at the ceiling, wondering how long the night would feel, knowing his future bride would arrive in the morning.

Q. Do you double?
A. Yup! I have no issues doubling.

Q. Do you play male or female?
A. Both. I play whatever gender.

Q. Why don't you do MxM and FxF?
A. I simply have no interest in it. Because most people use that for...R rated things. I adore crossdressers and gays. I have nothing against it. I just have no interest in role playing it.
