maidenroseheart: Unfortunately, I don't feel I can accept another partner at the moment. Life is just kicking me too hard right now, and I don't feel I can properly dedicate the time and effort to another new partner when I'm starting to neglect my existing ones. Perhaps another time.

Perhaps a runaway princess (from an unwanted betrothal)who ventures into the Naga forest, or the virgin sacrifice to the demonic snake god the village has worshiped for generations, not being quite the monster after all....

this one Is of a sort of demonic horse race, where they can shift into human form. They cannot be ridden, save it be the one person they choose to bond with. (not sure if you are familiar with the valdemar and comapnion series of books by mercedes lackey, but a little along those lines.)

Silverbeam: The snake god idea isn't a bad one, actually. I kind of like it. I think we might be able to build something around that.
