What did you have in mind for an RP?

lol sorry I tend to do that. Sorry about my attitude if you caught onto it lol XD I will be sleeping in an hour or two.

Well I do have an original in mind, however, I love my fanbases too. So it's whichever you would do the most if you chose to roleplay with me.

Well I will say, I'm not sure how good at Pokemon I would be. I know the story line very well, grew up on the show, and sometimes still watch the newer episodes online. I do know Harry Potter very well except the last movie (last half of the last movie) I love Avatar and Korra. Tinkerbell I have always wanted to try, whether it's the actual ones, or if its like Peter Pan. Digimon would be cool but the ones with beast spirits is the only one I tend to like. Pet shop of horrors I have read and - you just called me "sir" lol ha ha i don't care anyways- I thought Pet Shop of horrors was interesting and cool how they came up with things.

So let me ask real quick, would you prefer an original or a fanbase? Because I do have plots put off the side of both originals and fanbases.

It doesn't matter to me which we do. I know the games better than the show for Pokemon, up through gen 4. I don't mind Digimon Frontier, but I prefer the first two seasons more. I prefer the Harry Potter books to the movies, personally. I can work with either Avatar or Korra, I'm fluent in both. And I'm fluent in Petshop, but not so much Petshop Tokyo.

I prefer original characters, unless there's a damn good reason for using canon characters.

Well I would have to say Avatar or Korra would be the best for us to do if we tried out a fandom.

I love using Oc's and tend to have the main characters (canons) as part of the plot to keep it some what of the original show, and just start from somewhere with an OC of mine.

Alright, then I'll ask again: What did you have in mind for it?

You mean plot wise I'm assuming?

Korra: How about, after Amon is found out and the ending of the series (if you saw that far) happens. Then maybe Amon comes back for revenge, but, this time he has a group of benders he brainwashed into thinking they were family or the only ones like their own kind? So when they meet up at republic city with Korra and the others, secrets will be revealed, and a battle will break out. Who will win? What will happen?

Avatar: Maybe Katara realizes she doesn't just like Aang, but, she also likes Zuko, so now she has to figure out who she really likes. King aang or teasing Zuko? Both who care about her, understand her, but, which one will win her heart and how? Toph finds out Katara is having problems accepting who she loves without being able to fully love another. So Toph and Suki get involved to try and help out, but, will Katara push them away or accept their help and what does Toph have in mind?

That's all my half dead brain can think about (meaning half asleep atm, but, I have time before bed still) Sorry if I misunderstood something or annoyed you. >.<

Wait a sec, I thought you said you wanted to use original characters instead of canon ones? And what about an AU kind of thing? Different Avatar, different issues than the series so far? Maybe issues involving the Spirit World instead of the physical world?

*twitces at...* I do want to use OCs. I never said "instead" I said "to use both" or something like that, basically like taking the show and adding your own character in within the story. But I dont really care how we do this. It just ideas because I didn't understand what you meant.

I'm just trying to understand, and I apologize for being vague earlier. You said you love using OCs and use canon characters as side characters as needed. My mind translated that as preferring to use OCs. I was also making a plot suggestion, no need to get testy about it. I tend to avoid 'continuing' the existing fandom plot, since it's very, very easy to have things conflict with the actual canon once the canon itself starts moving again. That's why I prefer to use OCs and alternate universes within a fandom. It gives us a little more freedom, and we only need to worry about the rules of the fandom in general rather than keeping the canons in-character on top of it.

Okay well lets go with OC/AU thing. Where do we go from there? I've changed my roleplay styles according to my roleplay partners and their wants.

Was there something you wanted to do more than my idea? If you aren't interested in the idea, then the roleplay will be more work than fun.

sorry sorry, no AU/OC thing works for me, I haven't done that in a long time, so it would be fun to do it again. Luckily work is slowing down again, meaning more replies from me.

Alright... Well, if we're doing the OC/AU thing, did you have any thoughts for it that you wanted to do? I had one that might work. Since you said you like using OCs and canons together, what if Aang/Korra (either one) gets somehow tossed into the alternate dimension and has to help the alternate Avatar somehow?

It would be interesting to see that happen. But, what would they have to help them with? Or would we just make it up as we went? also, I can see more of Korra than Aang being thrown in another dimension.

We can make it up as we go, if you like. I think it's a bit more fun that way. And I figure it could be a role-reversal kind of thing, where rather than it being a physical-world problem, it's a Spirit world problem, and if the canon we use is Korra, then the alternate Avatar is Fire-nation?

Yea that makes sense. Alright, was there anything else to discuss?

Would you mind terribly if I played the main OC? I have a few ideas for it. And I figure we could start with Korra waking up in the alternate universe, if that's alright with you?

Works for me, if I do make an oc, they wont show up very much, but, just to give me more to write. Maybe cause trouble or what not, i'm not sure yet, i haven't even made the oc yet.

Ember, unfortunately I'm coming to the conclusion that you and I may not be a good fit as partners. On top of having to wait a couple of days to get a response from you more often than not, you don't seem all that interested in any ideas I have to offer. The combination of those things makes me think that I'll be left waiting for replies to a real RP, as well, and the lack of interest will make it seem more like work than fun. I'm sorry, but I think I'm going to have to decline you as a partner.

Or the last air bender, I think that could be just as fun.. For Harry Potter I was thinking maybe getting a bad character to be good, or a new evil wizard pops up and kidnaps someone and we gotta get them back and bring them down.
Or for Avatar maybe a romance or epic adventure ;)
