As far as gender, it doesn't bother me. If you're okay playing the male, then I'd be more than happy to play a female. Whichever role you want, I'll take the opposite.

I don't actually play out sexual scenes. My idea of PG-13+ is more gore and violence. Not romance. ^^;

And I think I'm confused. Are there four characters? The poor girl, the dead sister's real boyfriend and her fake boyfriend, and the murderer?

I went on a short hiatus from rolelpaying, I am back, and I am craving something super fun, cute, and fun of interesting twists.
On a side note I absolutely adored your pairings "tough cool guy x unpopular girl" and "male coward x female assassin."
For the tough guy and unpopular girl, I was thinking of a futuristic setting. Change it up from the usual modern day setting.
While for the coward and assassin, I would love some kind of fantasy setting. Haven't made my mind up on the time era but guns would be fun. They cause a lot of havoc.
I hope you enjoy one of the ideas. Would love to roleplay with you and I have no preference on which gender I play. As long as the characters are amusing, I'll be happy.

Would you oppose combining the two? Where the cool, tough guy is actually a bloody coward and the unpopular girl is really a fierce assassin? And maybe they could time travel between words or something? Or they are in the future but they are stuck with historic weapons? Or maybe they are in the past and they have futuristic weapons.

I think it would be adorable if we did that, the assassin could have an assignment that caused her to return to school, etc...
The coward could learn of her secret, she assumes he is a tough guy and ropes him into her world. Needs to keep his mouth shut about her and that could help explain the time traveling. (Really like the idea of traveling between worlds.)
How about they are stuck in the future with historic weapons? Or would could do both. They are traveling between worlds and times, could make it where the assassins target keeps escaping so they end up having to chase the person.

That sounds perfect! I love it. Said person they are after is from the future so he/she can time warp to different eras to escape the two. Perhaps the cowardly boy has a power that the assassin needs to catch said villain. Maybe he as the ability to open portals between worlds and timelines? She could have the tracker and not know how to travel, and she discovers that he has this special gene that allows him to alter time?

Do you have a gender preference now? Tough boy on the outside, but a total wimp on the inside? Or the uncool girl who's really an undercover assassin?

Perfect, that would explain why assassin would need a cowardly person with her. Then that would allow us to play around with creating worlds and dabbling in all kinds of eras. Like the idea of a special gene, sounds better to me than a power and more amusing. Why the assassin couldn't find just anyone.

Not going to lie, I really like both the characters. Such a hard decision. Do you have any preference? If you want to play one more than the other go for it. I can't make up my mind, don't care for the gender, care about the character and I like them both a lot!

Gah, no! That was my line. I really like both the male and the female. They are both super complex characters and would both be great to play.

OH MY GOD! I got it. How about, somewhere in the story, the character's get switched around. So the assassin suddenly has all his traits and the boy has all her traits. To escape this nightmare world (that sounds fitting), they would have to conquer their fears (hers could be the fear of being hopeless and needing help; his could be the fear of being a hero and needed) and slay some sort of demonish thing.

But even that doesn't help me pick a character. Is there a quality you're better playing with? Like are you really good with acting tough, but secretly being a bloody coward? Or are you better at pretending to be pathetic, when you've really got the heart of a warrior?

I can definitely see myself playing either or. Maybe we could both look for images for the characters? We can the pick the characters we think fit the role better?

That is a brilliant idea of the mind switching bodies, I can see your dilemma though on still not being able to chose which to play.

Both characters have a bit of personality I've never been given a chance to divulge in, most of the males I play are the tough jerks. (So tired of that.) So the coward aspect really has my interest. While my females are usually the strong warriors, can't stand a damsel in distress. Though it would be fun to play a pathetic female for once. So I would have fun with both of them because of their characters that I know we can make all the more complex.

Why not? That could allow us to get pictures of both the characters and decide who is who. However it takes me forever to find pictures for a character. Super picky on what I want the picture to personify.

Well, do you have any idea on how you would like to start the roleplay? If not I can make the thread, might take me awhile. Have to run to the store quick to pick somethings up and then make something to eat.
