This thread isn't very fancy because I don't want to spend too much time on it.

Obviously, I'm looking for some one on one role play partners... if that isn't obvious then you need to be more observant, no? I'm looking to role play to help jump start my brain into writing mode to help with finishing the novel I am writing and self-publishing. So no pressure. XD

Like most role players, I am looking for a partner that can do the following:
-Post at least 1-2 paragraphs
-Uses third person past tense
-Helps the plot along
-Communicates with me

I like:
-Fantasy... stay clear of things too close to real life
-Building a new relationship together, not pre-made situations that our characters already are acquainted
-Multi-layered plots

I'm up for most things, but I currently have no plots (my brain is stuck on the plot of my book and I don't want to over do it) so bring me your ideas. I play male or female. I prefer straight relationships but might be talked out of it if you have a good plot to go with it.

So gimme yer plots.

If you would like I can be your partner. I can write just as much as you can and as long as you can give me something good to work off. I am very good at making plots and moving a story along. I have one plot in mind right now but if you give me two characters I can create a plot for the two very quickly. Foe the plot I have in mindnow is that two friends who love video games get one that is suppose to come out in a year. Who gives it to them just says it is a prototype and nothing like they have seen. So they start to play it yet right when they grab the Controler they are sent Into the game. At first they freak out but then hear a voice. It calls out that they are amung 100 people that have been chosen to be the first to try the game. Yet it is different. Once in the game you can't get out till the end and it won't tell them how to end the game. All it gives them is a piece of paper and says good luck. So after that we can just have there adventure threw the game. We can have them level up, become different species and fight any monster. What do you think of it and if you like it would you want to do it with me?

I'm not too fond of playing characters that already know each other. It is hard to make up a relationship with a character I don't know yet.

I have never seen warehouse 13 so I wouldn't know

and that is easily fixed. Instead of them knowing they are just people at a mall or video game store and get selected to play a new game. They accept and right when they touh the controler they are sent in.

If you don't want to do this I can creat a plot very quickly. Just tell me two types of characters you would like to be in the rp and I can create the rest.

Im down, The only plot I have is well Kinda lame. Outcastxpopular My mind is dead right now as to what I wanna do.

Palmoun- That sounds pretty good. I'm sure we can work with that plot. ^.^ What kind of characters would you like us to play (gender and such)?

well I can play either gender but I do better as male. So you can pick which one you want to play, it doesn't matter to me. We could have it that in the real world that one is popular and the other is a geek but in the game we can make then into any kind fo character we want them to be.

It would be lovely to play female. I haven't done that in a while. I'm a bit of a geek for games, but not overly so. I can pull it off, but if you think you can do it better I can play a snoody popular chick.

The basic Idea of it is, theres The "Outcast" And the cool kid, and somehow they meet or become friends, possible romance...Pretty basic right now, but Id love to throw ideas back and forth to come up with something pretty cool, something less basic haha.

I can play the popular kid easily so go ahead and be the geek. NOw here is the final two questions, who shoudl start it and do you want to make profiles?

Violent_Beauty: What age range? Is it going to be very realistic? What gender would you like to play?

Palmoun: Since it is your idea, I'd love for you to start. I can do it if you just can't pull it off. I think it would be more interesting to just start out and maybe start with the profile of our character's characters in with our first post. Maybe it is silly... but yeah. Do you prefer pictures to be a certain way or does it matter at all? I only sometimes use a picture and will likely use one for the computer character.

Im thinking 20's? I would like to play the female role and realistic as in what? Just human based? Or what? Haha.

Realistic as in following natural laws of the real world. Do you want magic/other species/gods/ect to be involved or keep it true to life?

I usually keep it realistic. Depends on what I am craving, and right now Its realistic I guess haha.

Haha, well all my RPs are like that, I can shoot for oddness, I love things that don't make sense and go bump in the night.
Lets do this. Haha, so then If we do an outcast thing with a popular one and since its gonna be none real life like, the outcast is maybe a type of creature that is looked down upon and the popular is the most powerful/rich type of creature....

Like lets say this "Outcast" Was breed-ed by two different beings, whether is be a human and a beast or two different kinds of beasts or whatever. and the "popular" One is a pure breed of a great tribe or something haha.

Or we can do something else, thats all I have to offer as of now hahahaha.

How about we mix that with a kidnapping? I have an idea to go with that but it would be set in a midevalish time period.

Elves are going to be our "bad guys" here or the popular ones. My character will be a prince who gets kidnapped by a human or maybe a hybrid. I like the human idea better since humans are usually on top in most stories. Anyways. Humans or the half elfs are used mostly as slave labor in fields as stuff. The prince is kidnapped and taken to your character's village for a while, where they build feelings for one another. The prince is later freed for the guards are better armed. He chooses to take your character back with him, with others assuming she will be his personal slave, and begins to teach her and set her up with good and proper things. This causes problems. What do you think?

Do you think you can? I would but I can't get on as often as I would like now that the weekend is over. If your willing to wait I can possibly get it done by tomorrow night.

Violent_Beauty: That is up to you. Either will work for me. Just let me know what you decide before hand. My first post will give the back ground of my character and how he ended up a hostage in your character's village. Your character can be either in charge of taking care of him or sneaks to get peeks at him and starts conversations to get them to start to fall in love.
