original stories

Ok so I have a tone of experience with rping in a group setting but Im looking for anyone whos interested in one on one rping. Im thinking about a couple of story lines but Im not ready to play them out just yet so if you have one let me hear it.

Im not looking for any specific gender, your character can be male of female. Im not really looking for anything with romance, I suppose if you feel romance works in naturally then well talk about it. Im looking for something thats action, adventure, syfy, mystery or supernatural.

I would also like if you can bring original to you characters. We can try a fan fic if youve got an interesting story line but you would have to play the character as originally depicted in the comic, movie or where ever the fan fic is based from.

Oh, I'm interested in a Sci-Fi one! Or supernatural. :D Do you have any ideas in mind?

either would be cool. for sci-fi maybe something with aliens that are either trying to take over the planet and they have to be stopped, you could play either part. or maybe were astronauts and land on a new unknown planet and come across aliens.

for supernatural maybe we could be ghost or monster hunters. or maybe new witches just coming into our powers, maybe we accidentally caused some accidents while practicing spells and end up causing a huge accident that almost gets us caught and ends getting a bunch of people against us and we have to figure out a way to get the locals to stop suspecting were different.

Oh, the witches one sounds really intriguing. Or maybe we could do sort of like Hogwarts thing, except I'd like that we be like two generations past Harry and the others, new teachers and all that with the Potter series just a distant memory. Or a whole new school in America! :D

ok sure. if we end up doing a new school in America will it be anything like Hogwarts? with all the moving staircases, living paintings and army of ghosts that run around in the movies?

If you want, then yeah, it'll be referenced on it if not a similar copy. I think it would be a newly built school, with ghosts asked to move in and help out with students and be house ghosts like Hogwarts. Definitely old paintings, and maybe teleporting elevators (since it's more modern) in addition moving staircases?

Also, maybe there are more demi-human and non-human students, too; like Hagrid (half giant) and Lupin (werewolf). There was also a french girl in the movies who was a quarter something or other, like a fae I think.

And what will our characters' relationship be (will we know each other, be related, meet on the ride over, be roomates, etc)?

we could be roommates and just getting to know each other if you want

Okay. What should the name of the school be? That way we can just name the thread X School of Witchcraft and Wizardry (OneXOne). Also, when we get the name, would you like to start it or do you want me to?

that titles fine. did you want to post character bios or just describe our characters in a paragraph?

Lol, okay. Hm. Well, I don't really care, but I can visualize better with a list type bio and a little paragraph under extra, so that's what I'll do. you can do whichever you want. :]

xD He's going to be Professor X now. I can't get that out of my head...
