As you may know I had the roleplay request "Shadows of Anastrazia". The roleplay was not set up well nor was it detailed enough to become a great RP. I have remastered the old one into this roleplay. It has the same storyline but it is now set up better and will hopefully be more successful.

The Story:

You have heard the tales of the Varell. You have heard it so many times it repeats itself in your brain as the man speaks.


"On the world of Verainia there is a vast and beautiful forest country called Anastrazia. This forest was once home to a type of elf called the Varell. These elves loved and tended to their home in the trees. They also loved letting visitors in to see their homes and experience their culture. The only race they never let in were the Demons of Erithgar. This sharing of culture had lasted thousands of years and the people of Verainia enjoyed experiencing the elven culture. But one day the Great Varell Recession happened. The Varell elves receded into the forest and have not been heard from since." That is until this day.


Over a hundred years later somebody has finally found the reason for the Recession. An adventurer named Felngor Woodhelm, a Brennian elf. This man tells his story in front of your town.


"I went into the forest looking for answers. From the outside the forest looked fine, but once I entered a strange haze surrounded me and the trees became twisted. As I continued the haze became more dense and I started to notice shadows darting around me. I kept walking and soon found myself in a clearing. That is where I found the gem that the Varell had called the "Heart of Elm". Upon inspection I noticed that the Heart was not what it once used to be, but was corrupted. I came to the conclusion that it was corrupting the forest and could be the reason the Varell elves had receded. I would soon find that the forest was not the only thing to be affected. As I retreated toward the edge of the forest I was confronted by three Varell elves. That is when I discovered that the elves themselves had been corrupted by the Heart. The elves had gone from a pale skin tone to a dark purple and black. I dashed past the elves and have since begun telling my tale across the lands looking for people who can help purify the Heart of Elm. Will you answer my call? Will you help to lighten the Shadows of Anastrazia?"

The Rules:
1. My word is law in my Roleplay. I will not do anything unjustifiable and if you wish to know my reasoning you may ask. If anything is wrong with what I say then I will do my best to fix it in the best way possible.
2. Follow Menewsha ToS. Keep it PG-13. Yah-da Yah-da.
3. Try to be respectful to other people in the Roleplay. I understand if you character is a douchey SOB but don't act like that OOC. Be reasonable.
4. Please be literate. I will only tolerate one liners if people are able to do something with them and they are not very common. Also text talk is not allowed. i dont wnt u typing lyke dis 4 da entire roleplay. Type like you would speak. I get people make some mistakes (especially in large words) but if you keep making mistakes I will recommend you to spell check.
5. Please try to check up on the posts. If you are gone for a while I will try summarizing everything that has happened in your absence to the best of my ability.
6. I work on a three strike system. You get two warnings and then you are out.
7. You can't dodge or block every attack. You are not a god so don't act like it.

The Countries:

Due to the fact that the land is surrounded by oceans and the land is in a circular pattern around an ocean, the land has been dubbed the Water Bowl. Below are my brief summaries of the countries of Verainia.
Erithgar- A desolate wasteland in the northeastern most part of the Bowl, this demon country is littered by charred tree stumps and rock spikes. The blackened soil is tread upon by some of the most destructive creatures in the world. The demon's destructive nature causes them to try to usurp the throne at any given time. Though many try, only a few succeed.
Yumek- A very held back human country in the northwest, Yumek is littered by small towns, groves and mines. The king of Yumek has gotten old and has held back the country because he is "keeping the old ways". The people of Yumek want a new leader, one that will lead them into a new age of prosperity. The king's heir is due to take the throne and the people will rely on him heavily once he does.
Fleurera- The most unique of the countries, Fleurera is located in the southern most part of the country. The country is covered in gigantic flowers on which the Fairies and sprites of Fleurera live, work, play and learn. The Fairies almost never touch the ground but stay on top of their flowers and allow visitors to come up to the tops of their flowers.
Cyrillera- The ocean in the center of the of the Bowl is home to Merfolk. Sure there may be merfolk in the ocean around the Bowl, but unlike those merfolk the Cyrillerian merfolk are kind, peaceful and their water is fresh not salty. These merfolk allow the other Veranians to use their waters in exchange for anything the merfolk may need. Their underwater cities are large and beautiful. One could go down and see them with the help of a merfolk's water magic. Their queen is a very wise and benevolent ruler.
Drumarn- This northern semi forested country is filled with the hybrid types of creatures including satyrs, minotaur, harpies, centaurs, and more. These creatures love nature and would defend it with their loves. The hybrids sing and talk to the trees and can hear them respond. If one tree is harmed a hybrid or tree could speak through the trees to another hybrid who in turn could call upon the whole might of nature and her creatures upon the transgressor.
Trenvier- This Brennian elf home in the west is full of magic. The buildings are made of pure magic collapsing only if their creator dies. All the people of Trenvier can use magic in one form or another as it flows through their blood and is passed from parent to child. All Brennian elves go to a University for one reason or another. The leader of Trenvier is the most respected person in all of Verainia. This man is the Arch-Mage and is the wisest, most powerful person in the world.
Anastrazia- Little is known about Anastrazia any more. If there culture is still the same then the King and Queen rule together and share responsibilities. Without one the other cannot keep ruling. These elves are a stealth based elf dedicated to attacking from the shadows and making sure nobody sees them.

Hey there! This actually sounds really interesting; though what's the differencess between and Druid and a Sorcerer/ress? :O

Druids use earth spells and can shapeshift into different animals while sorcerer/ess uses elemental spells like fire and frost and such
