Wolffe's RP Search!
So hello, Menewshans. I might be new to Mene but I've been RPing for about five years. The last two were spent RPing in Spanish, so my English RPing skills are a bit rusty. However, I do get better once I remember how to do this properly in English without the fancy words I tend to use in Spanish. Now, on we go to the important stuff. RULES
I'm not your average RPer. My posts focus more on personal development and, most of the time, involve some kind of psychological problem/solution. Also, I tend to walk on the "dark humorism" trend. My characters tend to be a bit dark and mysterious, but once you get to know them, they're pretty cool. I'd really appreciate if you had no troubles with this, because it tends to get on my nerves when people just leave without a warning. I kindly ask for character development throughout the RP. Have they overcome some phobias? Some mental issue has been solved? Found the love of her life? I really like when people take this into notice. I can RP almost anything except slavery, torture, and too much gore. RP Interests Video Games Mass Effect Dragon Age (either Origins, Awakening, or DA2) Skyrim Final Fantasy (hit me with your ideas!) InFAMOUS Deus Ex Human Revolution (I'm craving one of these right now) Pairings I won't do Vampire x Human Vampire x Vampire Slave x Master Prisoner x Executioner Anything around slavery and/or vampires, I'm out of it. Fan-based RPs Magic: The Gathering Harry Potter (again, hit me up with your ideas!) Pride and Prejudice (I need good ideas for this one) Plot ideas The role I prefer to play with will be in italics. Assassin ending up falling for his target (can be done at any given time setting) Prince saving a peasant from certain death (Fantasy setting?) Assassin finding out his company was actually trying to kill him and teaming up with opposing company (this would be more like a group RP) Newly graduated doctor starts showing control over water, nurse (or doctor if you want) he despises is the only one who understands him (More action than romance, if you please). Almost sounds like the way I roleplay... Or used to... Detail-wise I mean. Describing everything... I always thought that type of stuff was pointless or boring to others so I quit doing that... I'd love to be able to continue with how I used to role play without being judged. My best (and probably only) gender choice is female.
As for pairings... I've done probably too many to count over the years. What I'm craving now is probably weird... And unnatural... Though, I have other cravings, too. Mostly fantasy based. |
I'd like to hear your cravings if it doesn't bother you. I like fantasy RPs too, so we might be able to work something.

Weird craving is kind of a step-sibling type of thing or even adoptive siblings getting together.
I've been watching a lot of shows and movies about merpeople and humans lately and thus it became a craving or at least it's something I'm into now... Also ghost-type movies. Friendly, yet mischievous ghosts... Not as much, though. Then there's anthro-types... But not as big a craving... I probably have more lodged in my brain somewhere, but for now those are all I can think of. |
I have no experience whatsoever roleplaying merpeople, and, to be honest, I'm not into them XD

Yeah... Not everything is for everyone. What types of mythical/fantasy characters are you into? Maybe we can work something out that way.

Hi! I was wondering if you'd like to RP in a group. There will be four people, so it's pretty small, but big enough that it will be workable. The details are here, but it's basically a four elements RP. The kingdoms have been at war for years, and the rulers are looking to end it. We need males, so it's perfect for you. We're also a range of semi-lit to lit.

Other pairings I'm more familiar with are ghost x human, vampire x human, angel x demon, and witch/warlock x hunter... Not really sure what you're into... "Almost every pairing" as stated above doesn't help much either...

Well, I'm not into vampires. Unless they're real vampires (no Twilight fandoms or vampires, sorry), I'm not interested. I tend to incline for those pairings that happen due to extreme situations. You know: accidents, extreme situations. |
It's okay. I've missed a few posts myself in my own thread from months back.
I never read nor watched any Twilight. Not really something I'm into... I'm usually not really into vampires either, but will give it a try anyway. I've always liked ghosts though. The paranormal... Extreme situations... You mean like murder or something? |
Ghosts. I once RPed as a ghost. Wasn't that bad, I guess.
Extreme situations such as assassins growing attached to their targets, or plane accidents and people getting stranded on an island. I commonly involve Sci-Fi into my RPs. |
I tried sci-fi one time... Didn't turn out well... Probably 'cause I wasn't used to it at the time. The only sci-fi thing that went pretty far after that first attempt was with androids which wasn't so bad since they're like super humans. Not sure really... Could try again, though.
I was in a roleplay recently where a hunter fell for the target he was hunting. A young rookie witch... That's about as far as I've gone in the assassination category, though... The thread died before anything happened. |
Right now, I have to RPs that involve pairings like assassin x target. One is The Deadliest Game, in Fan-based, and the other is To End Humanity, in Sci-Fi.
I like to work over pairings with time. |

Okay... Unless all characters look human then later reveal themselves to be that of a different species, how could that happen with cross breeds...... Doesn't make sense to me...
I mean... The word pairings to me usually refer to cross breeds falling in love as well... Not just humans. So how would we know what cross breed pairing we use if we don't decide on one from the start? That is, if we're using one... I.E.: angels and demons are referred to being two different species. |
