Pardon, I haven't decently in about a week. My brains been a bit hazy from it, so year seven sounds fine to me :) Now, onto plot. Obviously its after old Voldie's time so there's not as much havok, but there could still be problems in the Ministry and the obvious house conflicts.

Inter-house conflict is a definite, all things considered. And the Potter-Weasley fame would still be running full-force, both in and out of Hogwarts. Hm... What sort of problems with the Ministry?

Corruption, possible higher taxation, something along those lines I guess.

Well, after the whole Voldemort-anti-Muggleborn thing, they would want to... reestablish relations with Muggleborns. So requiring purebloods and muggleborns of a similar age to marry?

That works, then? We each control an OC and a canon, and they have to work their ways around inter-house conflict at the same time as the new law, and somehow come out of the other end of seventh year relatively sane and intact?

Well, is there anyone in particular you want your OC character to fall in love with? I wouldn't mind Scorpius Malfoy, for mine, unless you had a canon already in mind to play.
