So I'm having a serious zombie apocalypse craving.

I'm up for violence, gore, heavy language, and other themes including mature content. In fact, it's almost required for a run-of-the-mill zombie apocalypse role-play. Hope you're cool with that.

My characters are male and are usually loud, blunt, and generally horrible in nature. This tends to leave them with room for decent development and growth over time. Time meaning no immediate changes.

And speaking of romance (AKA, immediate changes wut), I'm uh, pretty over it. I'm up for action and chaos alongside possible teamwork-building and character-developing, not butthurt drama over breakups and awkward lip biting. Luckily for me my characters are so horrible that they tend to be only sexually driven in terms of "romance", no emotional bonding necessary (or desired). Anyway, not wanting a romance-based role-play. Yeah.

I'm not really for huge, lengthy posting unless a break in the action is had and things like deep character reflection occur. Alternatively, I like quick, shorter posts during more action-packed times.

I also only role-play in Menewsha threads. I despise role-playing in PMs, email, IM, and so on. I don't mind making threads and kicking things off. I also don't mind having standardized profiles or just winging it and developing/revealing characters through role-playing from the start.

My ideal role-playing partner:
- • Carries his/her own weight in terms of moving the story and action along.
- • Is able to play multiple side-characters off and on, as needed.
- • Creates round, complex characters that hold my interest.
- • Writes well enough so that I understand what it is their character is doing.

* Be sure to tell me your wants and needs in a role-playing partner too, if you have any.
I aim to please just as much as I aim to satisfy my own selfish needs.

Howdy, Kash: Your interest thread sounds wonderful! I have been dying for a good apocalypse story. Granted, I usually prefer the Fallout inspired ones, but that doesn't have to be the case. I started a roleplay on another site called Fallout: Red Texas. I do believe my characters from that story would fit nicely over in your story, especially if you're looking for some crazy characters to interact with. I'll link their profiles and you can, well, decide if you're up for it.

Meet the team... Slasher, Bandit, and Cinder. I'll probably update these three, as these profiles are from 2011.

Should you be interested, I will warn you that I'm not always a short poster. I'm more of a "post what I need" person. If it's short, it's short. If it's long, then there was obviously a reason for the length. Like you, romance can get old and I'm not always seeking romantic stories. I actually prefer action/adventure above romance. Suspense and drama are right up there, too.

Have you any location in mind for the story? Is it a known location, like someplace on Earth? Or is this story going to take place in a galaxy far, far away?

Does this have to be one on one? Because I'm pretty keen on this idea, but it looks like I've been beaten to the punch by Xavirne. I don't have any characters to throw at you right now, but if you're interested in letting me join in, I can get some written up no problem.
