Hi. My name's Alice (please don't be angry about my lack of pants), and I'm here to request RP from you lovely folks. I prefer to write in third person and usually write anywhere from semi-literate to literate. I usually expect my rp partners to do the same. I can play both males and females, but I have a tendency to enjoy playing female a bit more instead. Don't be afraid to ask though! Ⅰ. If you aren't having fun in the roleplay, please just let me know. I'd rather we talk about what's going wrong with the roleplay so we can either fix it or try a new one, than have posts start being icky and sad, and the playing not so fun. This is for both of us! I'll also do my best to be as open with you as I can. Ⅱ .Please don't just quit the roleplay without saying anything. I understand completely that things happen, circumstances pop up, and roleplays die. I personally have pretty high anxiety at times, and so I'd prefer to just be told the truth than to be left hanging, wondering if I did something horribly wrong!! And you should probably let me know if I've done something wrong too, that way I can go ahead and not do that again. Courtesy is key!! (I am aware that sometimes disappearing without warning can happen. All I'm saying is please try to avoid it. ;w; ) Ⅲ . When we plan our RPs, let's be sure we go over ALL of our bases, from characters, to appearances, to plot (even if we decide no plot and just to wing it), to limits and requests. Always be prepared! The following are just plots I've written, each one is customizable between you and me. We don't ever have to rp the plot EXACTLY as it's written, and we can always change it to fit our needs. I'm okay with that, so never be afraid to ask! (More plots will come later) ⋩Post-Apocalyptic Mayhem⋨ ❧ Preferred OC: Apocalypse Alice (This plot is the one I'm most proud of, read more at the link.) ❧Theme: Sci/Fi, Horror, Possible Romance, Survival, Action, Hints of steampunk ❧Details: Think Fallout or Borderlands for this setting. Many years ago, two hard-working scientists were doing the best they could do invent a device that could pull a patient from a coma. This device was also meant to be able to see into a person's dreams. The work was, for the most part, kept secret, save for a close assistant who ultimately betrayed them. Instead of creating the wonderful machine they'd originally bargained for, a time machine was created, pulling these scientists into the future, where the world had already grown far too corrupt for its own good. These scientists were offered vasts amount of money to continue inventing, and they too fell to the greed. Within time, interplanar portal devices were created, unleashing the unholy fury of the outside planes and planets onto earth. Man had brought destruction onto its own way of life. The World Government collapsed quickly, and millions of people died. This plot is for those who escaped The Great Collapse... this plot is for survivors. ⋩Arranged Marriage⋨ [size=1]❧ Preferred OC: None prepared; I'd customize for whatever culture this is in. ❧Theme: Romance, Drama, Historical Fiction, Fantasy ❧Details: Two people are arranged to be wed. Definitely cliche, but something I've always wanted to try. I'd like to see all sorts of different settings with this; we could do royals being wed, we could do just average people being wed, and we could do pretty much any culture too, whether it's a real one that actually exists, or one we make up entirely. I think this plot's probably my most flexible one, since I've never really gotten to dive into it all that much. I'm also completely okay with AUing any of the fandoms listed in the previous post to fit this one.[size] ⋩Dead On Arrival⋨ ❧ Preferred OC: I can actually play as either people involved in this roleplay. That is to say, we can make up OC's as we plan the rp! ❧Theme: Romance, Drama, Fantasy ❧Details: So this one's a little bit different than my other prompts, in that it takes place as if two people are messaging each other through either emails or private message. They slowly start to build a romance, but one of them has a dark secret. The other starts to suspect things, does their pen pal have a lover? Are they being unfaithful? The plot twist: The dark secret being kept so close... one of them is actually a ghost!!! Can love prevail, even in death? Oooh, I like the thought of your typical full-headed prince who comes across as cocky and arrogant but is really just a big softy and is scared of more things than he cares to admit, including his affections for that peasant girl/boy that he wandered across one day and now can't stop thinking about (Or something cheesy like that, haha. ^^;) Oh, and maybe to add some plot besides romance, perhaps there is a war going on with the outlying kingdom, so the characters have to deal with that as well?

I noticed it said you have a preference for playing females, so if you'd like to stick to that I will happily play the prince, otherwise I'm okay with either role. Which would you prefer?

I love the idea of doubling with some of your ideas here... Especially the teacher/student and student/student pairings, or god/mortal and demon/angel. I have a couple of ways they could each work out smoothly plot-wise too. |
