Elli walked briskly through the light snow that was beginning to fall, pulling her jacket tighter to stay warm. Elli wore the biggest smile plastered ascross her face, it was her first day working at the Magic Cafe, she was absolutely glowing with excitment. Pausing to look in it's colourful window before opening the door with a jingle. "Hello?" Elli called, "I'm a new employee." Looking around the empty cafe she walks gingerly towards the kitchen and pokes her head in. "Hello?"

Katrina had walked into the quiet cafe wanting a glass of lemonade, and some peace away from the outside world. She carried a book close to her chest as she entered, and found it odd that there was nobody in. "This is weird," she says finding herself geting worried. She walked a bit to the front smelling the nice scent of coffee brewing, and she took a seat down.

"Hi, just go on out there. You know how to work everything?" the owner, Yummeh, calls from the back of the kitchen. "Oh! Yup! Alright!" Jumping at the jingling sound of a customer entering Elli quickly throws off her jacket and almost runs towards the front. A girl with a book was sitting there looking around, "Hi! Um, can I get you anything?" Elli asks trying not to be nervous at serving her first customer. "Yeah, a lemonade please." "Okay! Coming up!" Smiling Elli moves quickly towards the cubbard(sp?) carefully plucking a tall glass from the shelf and filling it with ice and the yellow liquid. "Here you are!" Elli says beaming as she places the glass in front of the girl. "Thanks." The girl says quietly returning to her book.
