Theodore was standing up despite the fact that he was tired.He was organizing Xavier's things."Your stuff was all over the place and I was sick of looking at it."He stated straighting his back.

Dork noticed James expression. This girl was obviously not so pleasant. He decided to stay quiet for the moment.

"I'm sorry Cici, but I was help Seth...."James then pointed at Seth."Clean his room."She then pushed herself off the wall,and entered the room."Well I wonder if in all this mess Seth recived the messages I left him."Cici then waved her hand in the air."But forget about that, what I want to know is why you haven't gotten off your ass and went to the basment and helped us set up for the rave next week.I mean your going to be hosting it as well as me so pull your own damn weight."She said stomping her foot.

"Where the hell did it all go?!?!?" He practically fell over when he entered the room.

"I put it there."He then pointed to a box with papers in it."I was about to put it back, when you came."The word 'you' was said with a little bit of resentment,so it was clear that Theodore still had some aggressiveness towards Xavier.

"What the hell?!?! What happened to personal property? And space?" He asked limping to the box.

"Gone."Theodore stated leaning agianst the chair."When your desk looks like that, then you don't have any, but don't worry any personal items such as a diary or journal were put in the box immeditaly.I didn't read it."He stated opening to clear that up.

"Well I don't give a crap, my desk can look the way I please it too... maybe I should do the same to your desk!!" He picked up the box and threw the stuff back on the desk.

Theodore frowned."It's a wonder how you get any kind of work done with a desk like this!"He then pushed all the stuff off of the desk.

"Excuse me... if you want to rearrange something, use your own crap." He stated picking everything back up and setting it on the desk. "Keep your hands off my crap!! Damn Brit..."

Theodore gasped."Sorry for trying to help.You Amercians are all the same, you give help when it's not wanted, but you never asked when you need it!"He stated back pouting.

"And why exactly would I want help?" He asked calming down.

"Your desk is a mess.I mean you can't do work with a desk like that...."Theodore added also lowering his voice a little.

"Apparently you do not know me very well. I do not work.... no reason to" He stated leaning against the wall protectively.

"Well then you have no reason to have...then what is all this mess on your desk anyway?"Theodore asked.His anger and frustation turned to confusion.

"Papers...." He stated folding his arms.

"Well from the way you reacted I guessing they weren't blank..."Theodore said raising an eyebrow.He then walked two steps towards Xavier."And if they are blank, then why don't you just throw them away?"

Xavier stepped infront of the desk and stared down at Theo. "Step back..." He warned.

He smiled deviously at him."So I'm guessing that these papers are of some importance."Theodore then came into his personal space,and whispered."If that's the case then to prevent anyone from looking at them, put them away in a safer place.....but if I see them like that again, then I will a, throw them away, b. burn them or c. both a and b."

"You wouldn't.... my space.. my papers.. my desk... my rights" Xavier stated in a snarling tone.

Theodore raised an eyebrow at that."Oh, but I would."He stated his smile turning into a devious grin that reached from ear to ear.

"And why would you care?" Xavier asked frowning.

The brit nearly laughted at this,he then leaned forward and whispered into Xavier's ear 'Because I want to see you mirsable, Xavier'

"Don't you have the rest of the school to terrorize?" He asked leaning back a little. "Why just me?"

Thedore stood back in an upright position."I like terroizing you,and remember our little bet."He said shaking his finger.
