Virgil chuckled.
"It's not really bout fitting in. This is probably the most unique boarding house that has ever been. People and creatures from many dimensions all congregationg in one place. We're all so different that fitting in is irrelevant, you just have to go with the flow and try to have fun. And on a side note, yes, very lustful. Any gender, and species, except for animals, because that's kinda weird. Let's say any highly sentient species."

Keito glanced at Virgil from the corner of his eyes. "So if you were in an odd mood you'd even be lustful for a guy?" He shuffled around a bit, feeling rather uncomfortable hearing Virgil say that. "Also, it's more as in... I'm a loner. Have been for most of my life. I don't like fighting so my techniques are mostly based on defence. It's cause when I do fight my Dirt-Blood could take over my soul for a while and go rampaging. It... happened before so often, and it's my least favorite thing to do." He sighed, looking up at the stars.

Kotone awoke as the morning sun shined down through her window. She yawned and rubbed her eyes as she sat up. After a moment or two, she realized where she was and what had happened last night. 'Wonder if he's still here...' She thought, blushing a bit. She suddenly felt Virgil's presence above her and decided to say good morning. Kotone jumped out of bed, headed for her window, opened it and climbed out onto the roof.

"Morning Virgil." She said, before noticing Keito sitting beside her brother. She stopped for a moment to gaze at him. "Oh, good morning to you too Keito." She added quickly, "Were you two up all night?"

Virgil grinned.
"But of course. Sleep is for sissies."
Virgil grinned and tapped Kotone on the arm.
"Sissy."
Virgil turned back to Keito.
"To answer your question I actually prefer men, so it's the other way around. If I'm in an odd mood I might be attracted to a girl."

Bio: Lucien was born in the darkness, being of the lowest of demons he is shy and timid, preferring to remain unnoticed in his activities. When the lights turn out, he is usually about, sneaking through the shroud of night, to get himself a late-nite bite. (hehe that rhymes ^^)

Kotone frowned and stuck her tongue out at Virgil. "I like my beauty sleep, thank you very much." She announced. When she heard his comment about his preference to men, Kotone nodded in agreement. "Everytime I see him, he's always flirting with some guy who happens to be close to the house. Horndog." She muttered that last part under her breath.

The worst part of his day was morning, due to the fact he couldn't get any food. A loud grumble emitted from his belly as he sat amongst his garbage, groaning her held his belly" Hunger... curse you sunlight!!" he rose his voice quite abit. A blush spread across his face as he eeped, hoping no one had heard him*

Virgil stuck his tongue back at kotone.
"Beauty sleep? Oh my, you're going to need to sleep alot more often then."
Virgil jumped out of kotone's striking range.
"That was revenge for the horndog comment, remember that whispering is useless around me, ears like a cat."
Virgil smiled at his pun and flicked one of his cat ears before dropping off the edge of the house with a slight bow.

Keito sat there, flabbergasted. He didn't seem like the type of guy to like guys... "Eh? Be careful kitty cat! I don't want to pick up squashed animals." Keito pouted. "G'Morning. Had a good sleep?" Never did Keito realize he was up all night, not feeling tired at all as he sat there on the roof. Should I go for her edges? "He's actually rather cute. I don't feel attracted to men, to make myself clear. But his hyperness. It's odd but it's so girly. Or am I the one spacing around here?" He smiled, scratching the back of his head.

Kotone made a mental note to get back at Virgil later for his sleep comment. She chuckled at Keito's comment about how girly Virgil was and decided to play along. It was the least she could do after trying to kill him the first few times they met. "Yes, there's something about Virgil that makes people attracted to him. I felt a sort of pull for him the first moment we met, but my little crush burned out when I found out he was a my brother... sort of."

She walked over to Keito and sat down next to him. "If you think about it now, that's kind of incest-ish. But I doubt that even incest would stop someone like Virgil."

*Lucien's hunger gnawed at him constantly, he could not even concentrate enough to continue his drawings, which hung around his home. All of the artwork was roughly drawn using different pastes and other materials on random surfaces. He rushed up to his latest work, a rough drawing of the moon on an old clothe, crushing a piece of charcoal in his hand, he used the dust to continue drawing. Several minutes went by before he threw the charcoal and dust at the wall, and against his better judgment, he rushed up the basement stairs to the door, pausing a short while to listen for movement on the other side. Please let no one be around.Taking a deep breathe he slowly opened the door. (i don't want to assume where I'd wind up, ill let the Board Leader decide XD)

"The ones related to me wish me dead, along with them some others. So I think we could be related." He chuckled. "And come on. Virgil and incest? To me, it'd seem more as if you'd enjoy it." He looked over at her, gazing at her from the side as he raised his eyebrows, focusing his thoughts on the clouds. "That was a joke before you go around trying to slice my head off. Why are you being nice by the way? Is it guilt for what happened yesterday? Or is it the true you?" He looked at her, staring in her eyes as he leaned forward towards her, gently lifting her face by her chin. "Tell me..."

Kotone was at a lost of words again. It seemed as though her mind went blank everytime she looked into Keito's dark eyes. And his touch just sent shivers down her spine. "Um, well..." And that's when she felt it. A new energy source somewhere below the boarding house. Maybe in the basement. She turned away and looked down. "Someone else just arrived..." She muttered, getting serious. What was up with all these new people? She turned and gave an apologetic look to Keito. "I'm sorry about this, but can we continue this later?" She didn't want to anger him, but she needed to know what was down there. It might be dangerous since about 60% of what came to the house always was.

*He could hear footsteps coming towards the basement door. In a panic, Lucien fell backwards down the stairs, luckily not smashing his skull open on the stony floor. He quickly got on all fours and crawled away from the light of the doorway, fear kicking in his natural defense. The shadows of the basement seemed to engulf him like a blanket, preventing anyone from seeing him with the naked eye. Lucien hid behind some old boxes, remaining still as he listened for the owner of the footsteps*

Virgil opened the basement door and scanned the darkness. His slitted pupils dialating, enhancing his night vision. Virgil turned back and shouted in the direction of the roof.
"Kotone! I think we need to call an exterminator. There seems to be a giant rat in the basement."

Keito nodded at Kotone as he winked at her, lifting her into his arms and holding her by her waist gently as both suddenly got swallowed by a black wind that brought them aside of Virgil. Since Keito knew that Kotone probably wouldn't count on that, so it wasn't until after a few seconds that he put her back on her feet. "Pesticides anyone?" He glanced at the creature, his eyes narrowed so close it seemed like they were shut. "He's hiding behind some boxes. And it's not a rat. Yet what it is... I'm positive my family had some of those things generations ago, yet I'm unsure what they were called again. By the scent of it, it's not a very hygenic thing, so my lady. If you'd please not stain your clothes?" Keito smiled elegantly, as he jumped down the stairs. "Come out, kitty."

Kotone wanted to prove that she could handle whatever was in the dark basement, but Keito had already jumped down. She frowned and crossed her arms. "I don't think it's a kitty. Just don't kill it, I wanna see what it is." She called out to him. Then, she turned to Virgil. "What do you think it is?"

Virgil glanced at it again. His eyes changing color to bright green as he shifted to infra red vision augmentation.
"I'm not sure... Small, filthy demon perhaps?"

"Kitty was meant sarcastically. Only take that one serious when I call you kitty, my dear." Keito narrowed his eyes as he disappeared in a thick black wind, appearing behind the still unknown creature. Glancing at it for several seconds, Keito nodded to himself. "It seems to me that it's an imp or something in that direction." Grabbing the imp by it's neck, Keito appeared next to Kotone. "My lady. THIS is what was down there. Would you like to dispose of it or do you think this filthy and stinky creature needs a wash first so you could check up on it's cuteness?" Keito smiled, looking at her as he held the imp out to her.

Kotone stared at the imp with slight pity in her eyes. "Let's give him a bath first, then we'll see what to do with him." She said before turning around, "I'll go ahead first. I don't want you to end up opening a door to a barren wasteland or something." And with that, she started off towards the stairs to the second floor.
