Lavender looks back and sees the thing is now chasing her, she screams again and tries to fly faster, fluttering her wings as fast as she can. "Somebody, HELP!!" She cried as she flew through the hallways. She soon spots a vase and dives into it, hoping she won't get spotted. Trembling she sits silent, waiting for the creature to pass.

J.J. skidded to a halt, looking around, the glowing, tasty looking ball of light gone. She growled, sniffing around. She stopped when she saw the horrid, rotting image of John make it's way through a nearby wall, blinking his one eye in confusion. "I heard screaming," he muttered, looking around. When he noticed J.J.'s large form, he grumbled, floating about as he tried to locate the poor thing the ravenous demon had been chasing. When he looked into teh nearby vase, he hummed lightly at the cowering little fairy inside. "Hey now," he muttered, watching her. "Don't worry. She won't come near you if I'm here."

It took Kotone a few moments for her to take control of her mouth again. "Your clothes are in a room on the third floor." She started, looking away but still allowing Keito's hand on her cheek, "Just go up the stairs and-" That's when she heard a scream. Kotone jumped and looked up. The scream had come from the third floor... "Crap." She mumbled when she remembered J.J.'s room was upstairs. Kotone turned back the half-naked man. "I think I'll escort you there myself. Follow me please." She half-joked before sprinting for the stairs.

She got up to the third floor in record time and saw J.J. in her demon form, John the rotting, resident ghost, and a trembling... vase? Kotone just blinked. "Okay, what's going on?" She asked cautiously, pointing her hand at the vase just in case she had to will it towards her. From the scene in front of her, she could guess something important was in it.

(It actually turned out to be a common and painful virus called "Coxsackie" that caused "Aphthous ulchers" on my throat and lips. [[Can you say "Most suggestively named virus in the world."? Seriously.]] They gave me some "magic mouthwash" full of crushed pills and it should clear up in a few days.)

Virgil's ears stood on and at the piercing shriek and he clamped his hands around Lucien's shoulders, as Lucien looked as though he was going to dart under something at any second.
"It's alright, it's alright. That's probably a new house guest getting... acquainted."
Virgil began steering Lucien towards a door at the side of the stairs.
"The basement's just in here."
Alexi dropped onto Virgil's shoulders without warning and cackled shrilly.
"Did I scare you brother?"
Virgil looked up at Alexi, unamused.
"No, and since Silvian is a sin, not you, you can't technically call me brother."
Alexi pouted, his thin glasses sliding down his nose.
"You my good sir are a prude. Pride the prude."
Virgil's eye twitched and he tilted suddenly backward causing Alexi to wobble precariously and forcing him to use his wings to fly onto the stair banister. Alexi brushed some of his long pink hair out of his face as he sat cross-legged on the banister, his black forked tail swishing cat-like behind him.
"So. What are we doing here?"

Shadow placed his hands in his pockets and began walking toward the house. His long legged strides quickly caught him up to Kirk and he was beside the house in seconds.
"I'm fairly certain the fridge isn't going to be stocked with fresh hearts, but I just ate so I'm fine. Anyway, I suppose you're hungry? You do eat right? well if not we might get a few minutes of entertainment looking at the stuff that's passed it's expiration dates."

Lavender screamed again as she saw a rotting being with one eye looking down at her. "D-don't eat me mister! I don't taste very good! Honest! I was just looking around that's all!" She whimpered, clutching her bag tightly and trembling. She had just arrived and is already terrified of this place. First a giant.. beast-like creature and now this? What kind of realm did she stumble across?

Kotone raised an eyebrow when she heard a shrilly girlish scream coming from the vase. "Is... someone in there?" She asked hesitantly as she inched her way towards the vase. She peeked inside and saw a tiny little girl with fairy wings on her back. "Oh, a fairy." She confirmed with herself, "Uh, you okay in there?"

John blinked and backed up, allowing Kotone to look inside. He cast J.J a glare, an accusatory glance that said 'this is all your fault.' When the tiny fairy's voice hit his ears, he practically deflated, a bit of hurt entering his eyes. "I'm...scary?" he mumbled, voice tiny. (End of edit.)

Kirk smiled, but at Shadow's question, he stopped, frowning lightly. He had...never actually thought about it before. "I...dunno...never tried," he said with a shrug, smiling lightly. "I guess I could try and see how it is." He approached the front door, lifting his hand to take the knob. He pulled on the knob, the door to heavy for him to get open. He cursed this body for perhaps the umpteenth time that day.

Lavender looked at the much less threatening and much more normal appearing person and whimpered a little. "Not really.... you aren't gonna try and eat me too are you? That scary thing chased me and the other one only had one eye! Why are there such scary things here?..."

Shadow gently turned the handle and pushed the door open with his finger. His perceptive eyes looking over Kirk intently.
(You know other than the white hair I dont think you've ever actually described him... If you did I must have forgot.)
"Is there something the matter with your muscles little one?"

(Actually, I described him long ago, when an ancient roleplay known as Norburt's existed. I said he had rather tan skin. I also described his clothing, but I'm redesigning them, so those are obolete at the moment.)

Kirk looked up at Shadow, reverting his eyes to stare at his tiny hands. "It's this world...it gave me the form of a child," he said, looking up to Shadow. "And the door is ancient, far too heavy for a child to push. Either that or..." He cut himself off, a sudden, almost angry, twinge in his mind causing him to cringe visibly. Don't say such things! We aren't.... Kirk closed his eyes. His brother was denying it, but he could feel it, a sudden rift in his head that made his brother's voice echo, that made it grow further and further away. They were seperating, with or without their mother's help. Or maybe this was her punishment. Or...he snapped back to reality, turning to give Shadow an apologetic look. "I'm sorry! I...must've spaced out!

(Oh no! Angst! Somebody shoot me before I take this any further!)

Shadow grinned.
"Never you worry, I find myself getting lost in though all the time."
Shadow's eyes fixed on Kirk's and his pupils dilated as he leaned in closer.
"Now isn't that interesting. How did you two get like that exactly?"

Kirk blinked, suprised at Shadow's question. Could...could he feel his brother? If so, he was the first to notice without the nightmare child taking over. "I...we've always been like this," he murmured, lifting a hand to his head. "But...mother said we were supposed to be two different people. Twins."

Keito followed Kotone without any questions, and hearing all the screams and yelling made him rather curious himself too. Seeing the creature still standing, while Kotone was busy with a vase, he scratched the back of his head. I wouldn't think that this place had such creatures. I do wonder what it is... Or who and what is inside the vase. Aside of that, I just want to get dressed. He sighed, putting his hand over his eyes as he yawned loudly. "Creatures shouldn't eat people. Eat vegetables. More healthy." Keito smiled, walking up to the creature. "I might not know you, nor do I fear you. It wasn't polite scaring that girl. Look how scared she is, hiding in a vase. You should be ashamed of yourself." Keito nodded, crossing his arms over his chest, his towel still hanging around his waist elegantly.

Shadow blinked and stared deep into the aura around Kirk, he could definitely see two Aura fighting for dominance one green one blue. He guessed the blue was Kirk's.
"Ah, twins, yes..."
Shadow's mind flitted through a few notable pages about twins he had stumbled across in the massive library in the heartless world.
"I remember reading about that, when one twin dies in the woumb and presumable it's soul passes into it's sibling. There wasn't much documentation on it though..."
The green aura was slowly and surely becoming offset. About an eighth of each was pure now.
"I presume your mother's intent was to separate you two? As a punishment for leaving home was it? That leads me to presume you two have a sort of, would you say symbiotic relationship? or is it parasitic? What do you believe is causing this separation if it is not your mother? or is it?"

(Shadow is like the doctor in the way that if time is short and he needs information he will sping a line of rapid questions at you.)

"Hey! Shut it, you smug little bastard!" J.J. spat, lifting a long claw to point and poke at Keito's chest. "It's not my fault she shrunk down to the size of a delicious snack! I was just going to see if she was alright until she decided to run!" She huffed, glaring down at the boy with beady little eyes. "And my name's not 'creature'! It's Jirna Jackila...or, just J.J." And with that, she began to morph and shift, melding into her pale, human form once more. Unfortunately, her clothes were gone, ripped, black piles down the hall, leaving J.J., for what seemed to be the third time since she entered the house, comepletely exposed.

Kirk blinked, opening his mouth to answer. He winced at the sudden wave of curses and screams in his head, a loud and undecipherable string of babble and an old and dead language that Kirk couldn't even seem to remember. "We...we've always been together. Always. I...I'm not really sure how to describe it." He winced again at the seething anger radiating from the part of his mind where his brother waited, a small headache soon blooming. "I...I don't think he appreciated you calling our relationship parasitic. He doesn't like being called a parasite."

Keito wasn't surprised to find out that the creature was a person. He was shocked to see she was naked though. As if it went instinctly he threw her the T-shirt he wore earlier, turning himself around. "Get dressed J.J. Walking around in the house naked is quite the inappriopiate act. Also, even if she was, it must've had a reason. You didn't look THAT scary in my eyes to be honest." He sighed, tapping his feet on the ground. "And even if you were insulted by my words, you could've given me a less rude answer."

Shadow tilted his head to the side.
"Did he? I was merely asking, it could change the options I have available to help you, because you seem to be separating at an alarming rate."
The sections of pure blue and pure green aura were becoming worryingly large in fact. Shadow gestured at the ground with his hand like he had dropped a tennis ball and was about to catch it on the up bounce, and suddenly a shadow popped right into his open palm.
"Hello there... no! bad boy, no stealing his heart."
The creature's antennae had started wiggling in Kirk's direction, but it stopped immediately at shadow's command.
"Adorable little things aren't they? with the cute little yellow eyes and such."
Shadow stopped himself and forced his mind back on track.
"Now. Plan a is I can shape this little guy, or possibly a few of these little guys into a suitable body and then we can try to safely siphon your other half into it. What's his name again? Anyway, we'll do this without completely breaking the connection, in layman's terms you'll hold hands. And then we'll solidify that small connection and reinforce it against whatever force is trying to pull you two apart. Think that might work?"

J.J. sighed, looking at the shirt with mild interest. "Then again, calling me 'creature' was pretty rude as well," she hissed, turning and her heel and tromping down the hall. "I'll be right back. I need to go change."

Kirk stood for a moment, thinking over the option that Shadow had just presented him. After a few moments, his brother was calm enough to give and affirmative, causing Kirk to smile. "He says it's OK!" he said cheerfully, but that soon left when Shadow asked his brother's name. The presence in his head shifted slightly, uncomfortable. "I...He....I don't think he has one. We've always just been Kirk."

"Please do..." Kotone replied as she uncovered her eyes. She turned back to the fairy inside the vase and smiled. "These scary things live here because no one else will take them in." She answered, "Now let's get you out of there." She picked up the vase and tilted it downwards, keeping her free hand cupped under the opening.

"Only called you a creature cause I didn't knew what you were..." Keito turned around, walking over as he stood behind Kotone, looking at her hand carefully. "What is it? Is it a fairy? Is it a guy or a girl? Is it really scared?" Keito started asking Kotone several questions, hoping she wouldn't tell him off since he stood so close to her.

"Fairy, girl, and yeah, she's really scared." Kotone replied, trying to keep her voice steady as she hid a very deep blush, "I don't want to force her out of here." She peeked inside the vase again. "Come on out, I promise no one here is going to eat you." She called out into the ceramic container.

"Ah, so I see. Does she have wings too? And a wand? I mean, fairies have wands, don't they?" Keito frowned a bit. Another girl... Interesting. The only female persons Keito knew were his mother, Kotone, and J.J. so far. Though he still thought girls were a bit odd creatures, it may have been cause he was raised by men only. But a fairy... He never knew those actually existed. He gently put his hand under Kotone's hand, which she held out for the fairy to land on. "It's double as safe now! I have big hands, so don't be afraid."

Shadow called up a few more shadow heartless and molded them gently like clay. After a few seconds it strongly resembled a human. Shadow had made it the same height as Kirk, but hadn't really made any features, the antennae were gone, but it still had the glowing yellow eyes. Dark tendrils of energy seemed to be gently trailing off it, floating leisurely into the air like seaweed in calm surf. Shadow grabbed ahold of the doll's hand and then Kirk's hand and interlocked their fingers with one swift motion. Immediately the green aura began to siphon into the black doll, filling it with color.
"Well whoever he is I suppose we're going to see what he would have looked like in a few seconds."
Shadow crossed his legs and watched eagerly.

Lavender bit her lip, but allowed herself to slip downward and into their open hands. She lands softly onto Kotone's hand and stares up at her and Keito. " You sure it's safe?.. Nothing is going to try and eat me now right?" She asked nervously, her wings settling neatly on her back.

"Nope." Kotone said as she placed the vase back down, "J.J. is the only one you have to watch out for. But as long as you don't stay in this form, then you'll be perfectly fine." Though she was talking with a straight face, her heart was pounding in her chest. Just one touch from him and she felt like she was on fire. The black-haired girl quickly shook those thoughts away and knelt down to the floor. She gently placed the fairy on the ground before standing back up. "From what I heard you should have two forms, right?"
