Kotone stood there in shock and some under strange emotion as she stomped towards J.J. "What just happened?!" She yelled, much louder than she expected.

J.J. turned, her face slightly flushed. "He...kissed me," she said, fingers still on her lips. Kotone's violent tone barely fazed her, not even registering it at first.

Virgil chuckled, he had damaged Set substantially and the fight was drawing to a close, all that was needed was one final blow,
"I should have done this millennia ago you bastard."
Vigil's body suddenly became blurred, like when someone moves as you take a photograph, then suddenly he was right in front of Set, his arm plunged into Set's heart. As Set died Virgil took out a small polished silver bottle, stealing his last breath, for there is really no true way to kill a god, the best you can do is imprison them.

"Kissed you?! He kissed you?!" Kotone screamed, getting angrier by the second. She still had no idea why. She had never been close to people who had such intimate relationships, heck even her parents never kissed in front of her. She should have been embarassed, but in reality she was down right furious.

J.J. blinked, narrowing her eyes. "If you have such a problem with an act in which I gave no consent, take it up with him," she hissed, voice cold and slightly animalistic, her true voice peeking through the cleverly designed vocal cords she had crafted herself. "Or you may have a seriously pissed off skinwalker on your hands."

Kotone calmed down a bit, not wanting to anger the girl any longer. "I-I'm sorry." She mumbled as she turned away, "It's just that caught me off guard."

J.J. sniffed, turning away. "Alright," she mrumered, voice back to its lucrid state. She shook her head lightly, walking down the hall. "I'll put your clothes in teh wash room when I change," she called, voice considerably calmer from earlier.

"Alright." Kotone replied softly, feeling guilty for getting angry at her. She turned back to the kitchen to clean up, still wondering where Virgil was. 'Please be alright...' She prayed as she clenched the golden ankh necklace he had given her.

J.J. sighed lightly in her room, Kotone's clothes in a small pile in the corner. She had changed into her spare clothes, knowing she'd need them for such an incident. She had just hoped he'd have time to remove her clothes first. She sighed, shaking her head. She turned, intending to leave the room and bring Kotone's clothes to teh washroom.

Virgil sat at the kitchen table, his legs crossed. He had a very croos look on his face and blood was slowly flowing down his legs in little rivulets, pooling beneath the chair he sat in. Virgil watched as kotone walked in the room, a glazed look in her eyes. He knew that she was most likely going to scream, or freak out in some manner, but he needed to explain the situation quickly to avoid any... confusion.

Kotone was still wondering why she had screamed at J.J. for no reason when the sight of a bleeding Virgil made her shriek. "Are you alright?!?!" She rushed towards the man to inspect his wounds.

Virgil pushed her worried attempts at first aid away, he would heal as soon as he got his energy back.
"You don't understand this is importan--"
Virgil stopped talking and his head tilted back. When he leaned forward again his eyes, whites and all, were pitch black. He then laughed insanely for a few seconds before becoming very agitated as he forcefully pushed his eyelids closed. when he opened them again his eyes were normal.
"That's what I'm talking about, that bastard tricked me!"

Kotone just stared at him as he went through his little transformation of the eyes. "Are... you sure you're okay?" She asked worriedly.

Virgil recounted the events of the fight right up to when he was stealing Set's last breath,
"And at the last second that bastard smashed the bottle and stabbed me with his claws, so instead of his soul draining into the bottle it sort of... drained into me..."

"That sounds bad." Kotone panicked, "Is there anything I can do to help?!"

"no, no I'm fine, I just wanted to preempt any confusion for those times where he takes over for a bit and it looks like I've gone completly f***ing insane."

John, having decided it would be best not avoid the man who had threatened to send him back to hell...well...technically...he wasn't sure what this 'Underworld' was, but he was sure it wasn't good. He sat there, sitting on the chandelier above the two with an indifferent look on his halved face. Mister I'm-Gonna-Make -You're-Afterlife-Miserable didn't seem to be doing so hot.

"Are you sure? I really want to help, even if I am just a human." Kotone replied with a saddened look on her face. The limitations of being a mortal bothered her quite a bit, especially since she had just met two friends with incredible powers.

Virgil stood and cracked his neck,
"There we go..."
Suddenly the flowing blood reversed directions and after a few seconds not a drop remained on the floor. The hideous open wound where Set had stabbed Virgil quickly healed and all that remained was a hole in Virgil's shirt.
"I appreciate the offer, but unless you specialize in exercising Egyptian gods I think I'm stuck for now..."

John snorted, looking away from the scene, disgusted by teh fact that he could stop his wounds. Nobody should be able to do that. It wasn't natural. Everything bled. He clenched his teeth, remembering his village, slaughtere,d he himself stabbed in the neck and left to bleed to death. He couldn't stop the bleeding. No one could. It wasn't natural for anything to stop their bleeding without something to press against teh wound.

Virgil lifted an eyebrow,
"something funny?"
Virgil then pulled out a stack of ankh stickers and endeavored to hit john with one of them.

Kotone blinked and looked up. "Oh, John!" She exclaimed, "Uh... how are you? Getting used to the house?"

"Yeah. I guess," John murmered, turning to glare at Virgil. "I just find it disgusting that someone could alter their body so. Flesh is meant to bleed and die. He doesn't seem to understand the basic rules of life." And, with that, he jumped from his perch and into teh ceiling, not really intending to be hit by any ankhs.

"But he's not human..." Kotone trailed off before sighing and turning back to Virgil, "You're gonna be okay?"

Virgil smiled sadly, as though remembering a particularly bittersweet memory,
"Yes fine actually. The funny thing is, I wasn't even born with that ability. I had the honour of meeting the last member of an infinitely ancient race, a race whose name has been lost to the sands of time. He allowed me to copy the ability from him, in the hopes that a little of his race would live on in me..."
